You could not ask for a more professional owner, Brian would send me weekly updates on Seaside Heights. The house was professional cleaned and everything was in order for us to enjoy. We spent many nights just sitting on the deck off the living room and watching people as we enjoyed conversations with the family. We look forward of going back next summer.

We had a great time here! The house was beautiful and the elevator was very convenient. Close to everything. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to do much due to the Covid pandemic but had a good time anyway.

My family rents a beach house for one week every summer. This was our 4th year and it was the best one yet!! It was a bit out of our typical price range but I’m so glad we could swing it because it was worth every penny. This place is right in the center of everything you could possibly want or need. My husband and I would grab drinks across the street while our kids napped and my mom watched her soap operas. She would just text us when they woke up and we went home! Everything is in walking distance: rides, water park, bars, great food, and the liquor store. The pool is an absolute game changer. We were in it everyday. This was our first rental with a pool and now we can never rent without one again. We didn’t use the elevator much but it was super convenient for loading and unloading all our stuff. The huge couch and hightop table in the living room are great as we all could hang out together at night and watch Big Brother and play games. The keypad was super convenient instead of having to share keys. We had the best people watching location from our balcony!! I can’t say enough great things about the place. Brian was incredible to work with, he sent us a thorough email with all the information we needed. He even emailed us months prior when the boardwalk was having a sale on ride tickets. We paid half the price we would have had Brian not reached out. He was also very quick to respond to any questions we had, which weren’t many because of all the details he provided. The only downfall is the noise but that is to be expected when you are that close to all the good stuff! We were in one of the front rooms (which are louder) but we had white noise machines for the kids so we didn’t hear anything. We downloaded a white noise app for my parents who were also in one of the front rooms and it worked wonders! So bring a noise machine and you will literally have zero complaints! We already booked the place again next summer! Do yourself a favor and book this place right now before someone else does....

Brian and Leanne’s place was perfect! It was well equipped and nicely appointed very clean and we immediately felt at home. The instructions in the renter’s guide were very clear and Brian was available for any questions we had and got right back to us. The little touches set this place apart from most I’ve rented before. The beach cruiser bikes that were available to us, the shampoo that was left in the bathrooms and the couple of beers in the fridge when we arrived. We came in the off season but did notice the beach chairs and towels that were available for use. I would highly recommend Brian and LeeAnne’s place not only is it well appointed but the little extras make it feel like home.

Brian was incredibly helpful with everything! The perfect host! The condo was clean, in the perfect location-literally ideal. The condo pool was wonderful too. My only problem was the stairs (4 sets), we have very little ones, but we rented baby gates. Also the traffic was very very noisy on weekends, but we had noise machines and fans. I highly recommend this location, and I’m extremely picky!

We just came back from vacation and this place was very nice. It had everything that you needed while on vacation -- beach chairs, towels, kitchen appliances, etc. It was close to the beach and boardwalk. Never had to move our cars. And, when I needed to contact Brian (the owner) he answered my call within minutes. The pool area was very nice and we did spend two days just at the pool. We would stay here again when we come back to Seaside Heights.

The vacation condo was the perfect spot for our family. The rooms were spacious and clean. Everything we needed was there. The home included our linens and towels which was a great plus. The pool was an added bonus after being on the beach. The owner was friendly and touched base with us during our stay to make sure everything was okay. We certainly would recommend this home for a good time. We hope to stay again on our next shore adventure.

omg this house was perfect...there was plenty of room for everybody...we were right in the action but felt private...the elevator was so cool...Brian was so helpful to answer all my questions even over things that had nothing to do with the house he was just that nice...would recommend this house to everyone

Our extended family had a blast last week at Brian’s gorgeous, well appointed condo. The pool was perfect for the kids. The grill came in handy, too. The location was a little loud, but that is the trade off for such a prime location. Brian was an absolute pleasure to deal with! Between the boardwalk, restaurants, beach, rides, and waterpark we were never bored. The condo’s rooftop is an amazing hangout. We would not hesitate to rent again here!

This was our 2nd time renting the property. You just can't beat the location. The place is kept in immaculate condition and really has anything you would need. Board games, video games, bikes, soccer balls, wiffle balls, ball pumps, you name it, this rental has it. The pool is also a huge plus this time of the year because the water in the Atlantic is still pretty cold. What else can I say but see you next year.

Beautiful apartment, comfortable beds, great decoration, perfect location, amazing view from roof-top deck. Can't wait to go back!

We can't say enough about our stay in Seaside. This rental has everything you need and more. Unit was extremely clean and it felt like home as soon as we walked in. From the fully stocked kitchen to the garage full of beach equipment, Brian and LeeAnn thought of everything!! Our 4yr olds loved the pool!!! The location is perfect to go to the beach and boardwalk. Brian was great to work with. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. We will definitely be coming back next year. Memories to last a lifetime! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
