Los Suenos has so much to offer and is a safe and beautiful location. The condo was nicely furnished with everything we needed. If you don't have a car, a golf card is a must to get around the spacious property. Don't hesitate to contact "Stay in Costa Rica" for any help you need with directions, restaurant suggestions, tours, etc.

It was great experience and great place

Fred's place was so wonderful! The property management team was excellent and friendly upon checkin. The property was very clean and really well appointed. We felt very at home and it was so nice. Another perfect thing is we were able to go to the restaurants nearby and they were really great! That's saying a lot because my wife is an excellent chef (just for me). You could sit outside in a breezeway and order from several restaurants making it even better. The food was top drawer! The area around the condo is absolutely beautiful. We ran/walked every day. We will be back! (assuming Fred let's us come back :) :) :) Frank and Sandy

We really enjoyed our stay at this Colina property! Walking distance to beach club and Marriott for morning coffee! A few suggestions, would be helpful to have laundry detergent and a few extra towels. Thanks for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful condo with very comfortable furnishings and the master bed is better than ours at home! We slept great. When not fishing or at Manuel Antonio park we had a couple of really relaxing days at the Beach Club swimming sunning, drinking and eating. The service and food is top notch. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to CR.

Amazing stay!!! Friendly and nice people greet you at the counter of Stay in Costa Rica office where they give your keys and Beach Club pass. Condo super clean, well decorated and furnished. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need. We had a great time!!!!

On our first visit to the pool, we were asked to leave to which we complied. We were not told that the pool needed a reservation that had a two-hour limit. However, no one informed us that they changed to accommodate another condo owner when we made a reservation. Only two families are allowed in the pool which is split into two with caution tape due to covid. They split the pool in half: half the shallow end and half the deep end. What are you to do with two small kids in the deep end of the pool? They start their lawn service, maintenance, and construction at 6:00 am six days a week so sleeping in was not an option. They allowed other guests to have loud parties until 5:00 am. I would not recommend it to any families with small children. The location is beautiful and the property was very clean. Regardless, I would not stay at this property again.

We have stayed a couple of times at this apartment and it is always a lovely experience. Plenty of space, well equipped, and waking distance to all the amenities in Sueños. Very enjoyable!

This condo is the best equipped place we have ever stayed. Everything you could possibly need in kitchen and baths. Plus the furniture is beautiful, and new comfortable beds. And, unusual for a condo, lots of natural light from windows on all sides of the apartment. Los Suenos is the most prestigious resort community on the Central Pacific coast and has numerous pools, gyms, restaurants, stores for shopping and of course the beach. Supermarket is only a 5 minute drive. Great communication between owners and renters. Check in and check out was very easy. You can reach on site property managers 24/7. We had a wonderful relaxing vacation.
