The hotel both inside and outside is nice. Nice mozeics.

Mosquitos. Quite a lot of them. Maybe it was specific this year.

Room was comfy and big enough, towels were changed every day and room was clean. breakfast was great and staff were friendly. Location was good. Good value for money.

The location of the complex is a happy one, in the central area of the resort, quite close to all facilities. The buildings are recently renovated in the style specific to the region, and the owners have shown imagination through the floral decoration they have put in place in the surroundings, enjoying every day the view offered.

Even if the room was clean, the comfort inside the room I stayed in was not as expected and the price paid. Problems that I think were the responsibility of a technical manager, such as: the mattress of a bed was broken, the switches did not have lids installed, the toilet bowl in the bathroom was not fixed to the floor, the wardrobe did not have a handle on the door, TV did not it worked properly (it didn't have a good signal).

From the moment we reached our destination it was like a spectacular change everyone was friendly everuthing made easy by staff, at reception i was treated like the most important person in the world, most of the staff seemed to know our names which might seem like a small detail but it has a great effect, and the cleanliness was perfect i walked barefoot almost everywhere and my feet stayd clean and not talking about the rooms but also the corridors and balcony, the cleaning ladys were always extra careful that no spec of dust remain everything looked as new always, felt like home, actualy felt better than home, this was a truely awesome place to stay at i will defenitly do it again and i recomend to all my friends and family to try this amazing heaven...

The breakfast times to early and to short for a vacation retreat, why on earth would i wake up my daughter to hurry to eat, if i had a late dinner i am still not hungry by 10-11am and breakfast time ends at 10 which i find silly. In my opinion breakfast time in summer holliday shoult last until 12.00. And laundry service would have been great to have..

I like the arhitecture, location, garden and staff.

Great location, very nice garden, friendly staff, good commodities, good breakfast. It gives you the impression that you are in Mallorca or Madeira. Well design, nice finishes.
