the app shows amount of 823 rupees and the caretaker collected 954 rupees and even the heater is not working it's leaking thank God we just escaped from electric shock,they didn't provide soap also,what is happening..

No tax invoice given it's been 5 days vacating room .. Oyo customer care are useless not professional to handle a query especially Aparna who picked my call ..

They way OYO and the hotel teach me the lesson. Thanks that I was alone and not with family.
Not sure if this room really exists. I reached here around midnight and found no one was there. Called OYO customer care also and they are also not able to reach out to the hotel. Oyo put me on hold promising they will assign another hotel. But they also terminated the call after putting me on hold for around 30 minutes. I was standard on the road by midnight around 12.00 to 1.00. Forced to spend extra money in search of a hotel by that midnight. Too bad experience with the hotel and OYO as well.
