Perfect location for where we needed & easy access to St Helier's Bay, Mission Bay & town. Staff were superb, friendly & very helpful. Unit had everything we wanted, was very clean, the shower was first class & the bed was fabulous. The view over fields & horse paddocks on both sides was unexpected & pleasant.

Our room was noisy until quite late with footstep from adjacent unit being enough to keep us awake. The bathroom was very well appointed & clean but a little on the small side.

a more comfortable seat to watch TV would have been nice.

Very helpful staff, large spacious room, and located conveniently near to my friends (but this is not a central location if a tourist).

The floor and bathroom were dirty in some areas and noise could be heard very clearly through the walls which was disturbing. There was no lamp next to the bed meaning I had to feel my way there in the dark, and there was no light near the front door, so when I arrived in the dark I had to use my phone to locate it across the room.

Hot water tap in kitchen didn’t work at all,couldn’t get any water to come out.Toilet seat floated all over the place,the plastic wing nuts under the toilet bowl needed tightening but this was obviously too much for the managers.

Location was ok. Room looked nice when you open the door & looked around before going in then.......

Booked for 3 people - sofa bed not made. When we opened it up it was filthy. Needs to be thrown out. No mattress on it either. Had to ask for bedding, which got delivered to room to make ourselves. Duvet was stained & smelt bad. Only 2 towels in room. Lucky we took our own. Didn’t get replaced next day. No bath mat, flannels or tea towels. Cupboard under basin in bathroom was leaking. Shower had orange mould in grout, rusty earring in corner of shower. Floors were all sticky, especially in kitchen are like they hadn’t been washed properly. There was still food on the floor that had been swept into the corner by fridge. No milk provided like other motels. Kettle was disgusting. We were too scared to eat off anything & the room smelt like curry all weekend. Couldn’t open kitchen blind because it looked straight into neighbouring properties windows. If the managers cared about keeping their business, they need to look after paying customers better & run it like a proper motel. The motel is also used for emergency housing accomodation. Was really looking forward to staying here, but really disappointed overall.

Bathroom window latch to the outside was broken and simply taped on (security risk for sure) fold out sofa bed was not able to be slept on despite us enquiring about the sofa bed prior to our stay, after a second discussion when we got there about it we were brought a roll in bed for the second night, limited things eg only one glass in the kitchen/no coat hangers, not enough towels provided for 2 people, no servicing / top up of little milk etc. A phone call in the day asking if we aren't coming back because we had left the key card - we hadn't, rather whoever was running it obviously didn't know what was going on. Seemed really subpar accommodation - a shame .

The beds were hard not soft at all. There folder that’s has the information about the place needs updating. Also it said in the book our rooms would get serviced but that didn’t happen I had to ring the on-site manger for more towels at 6pm at night as no one was in the office all day.
