The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was good and room was spacious and well planned. We were upgraded as “booking of the day” which I thought would just be a slightly more spacious room but it was so much more. Fizz, chocolates and fresh macarons along with a beautiful room. I would definitely recommend.

Did not eat in the hotel this stay.
Nothing to complain about. This is a very well run hotel with good service and friendly Staff. I sincerely recommend it even if it is not situated down town.

- Tolle Zimmer. Wurden auf ein Deluxe Zimmer geupgradet. Die Badewanne war perfekt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und umfangreich. Parkplatz kostet pro Tag 15€ und man kann so oft rein und rausfahren wie man möchte. Direkt am hotel konnte man sich auch Fahrräder leihen (sehr zu empfehlen) und damit durch die Stadt fahren.
- leider fand ich den Spa Bereich nicht so toll wie es aus den Rezensionen hervor geht. Es gab nur sehr wenige Liegen (3 bei den Saunen und 3 am Pool) die natürlich alle belegt waren. Außerdem hat es in dem Bereich doch sehr gezogen, da es keine geschlossene Tür zum Rest gab. Zudem war der Pool relativ klein und wenn Leute darin geschwommen sind, war keine möglichkeit sich nur mal abzukühlen.
Sauna Auswahl war sehr gut, allerdings durch Mangel an Ruhemöglichkeiten weniger genutzt als Gedacht.

La comida estaba bien buena. El spa esta super bien.
Que no habia batas de doucha. Que no pude estar en la habitacion que reserve. Que no tomen en cuenta las peticiones del cliënte en referencia a el horario de llegada.

Faciliteiten, schoon, design, zeer vriendelijk personeel ook richting kinderen, ruime parkeer gelegenheid, goede ligging.
Als ik toch iets moet noemen: Vlekken en beschadigingen muur op de kamer. Maar nogmaals dit is echt minimaal. Het is wel schoon.

De kamer was erg fijn. Ik vond het top dat we een balkon hadden en heb bed was erg comfortabel.
Helaas was het erg druk bij de sauna en was er geen plek meer voor ons.

A smart TV would be great so that we can watch our favorite streaming TV shows & movies.
The breakfast was a bit expensive for what it offered, and closing at 10h00 is a bit early, som people enjoy sleeping a bit more when on vacation. We hadn't finished eating when the staff started to remove all the food from the table without any warning. The quality of the bread could be better and a microwave to heat the coffee/milk or chocolate would be nice.

Das Frühstück war super lecker.
Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und sehr groß.
Außerdem wurden wir auf dem Zimmer mit Prosecco und Macarons überrascht.
Das Personal an der Rezeption war super lieb.
Es war alles sehr weihnachtlich dekoriert und es lief Weihnachtsmusik. Perfekt um in Weihnachtsstimmung zu kommen.
An der Bar mussten wir lange warten bis jemand auf uns zugekommen ist.
Leider waren über unserem Zimmer Geräte, die in der Nacht ziemlich laut waren. Leider konnten wir das Zimmer nicht wechseln, weil das Hotel ausgebucht war.
Wir konnten die Tage dann umsonst parken.

De gehele ervaring van de kamer, tot het ontbijt op bed, tot de wellness was uitstekend. Super mooi hotel ook. Mijn partner en ik hebben genoten.
Paar Stopcontacten in de kamer werkte niet. Dit probleem is wel snel en mooi opgelost door de medewerker van de balie. Complimenten!

Prima hotel aan de rand van Den Haag, prefect bereikbaar met de tram (die voor de deur stopt). Zowel richting centrum als richting strand sta je binnen het kwartier.
Vriendelijke ontvangst, propere kamer, lekker ontbijt.
Parkeren bij het hotel is vrij duur. Aangezien je toch nog de tram (of fiets bij goed weer) moet nemen zouden die kosten wel wat minder mogen.

Die Lage ist super, sowohl Scheveningen als auch Den Haag sind bequem in ein paar Minuten mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen.
Die Zimmer sind sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Das Personal ist hilfsbereit.
Der Wellnessbereich verfügt über zwei Saunen, eine Infrarotkabine, einen großen Fitnessraum, ein Dampfbad und einen Pool.
Die Gastronomie ist hervorragend.

The breakfast was quite good, there was a lot of assortments of food to choose from. The room was spacious with a bathtub. The spa area is the star of the show, with 4 Saunas to choose from and a medium sized pool as well as areas to relax and exercise.
The bed had two mattresses joined together to make it a king bed, and with a top above it, so it was not good, made us sink in the middle of the bed. If I'm paying for a king bed I would expect to have one mattress and not two mattresses in the bed. The dinner in the restaurant was also not great, ordered a ramen which was supposed to be authentic, the egg was hardboiled instead of soft boiled with a runny yolk, the gnocchi portion was extremely small. Overall not bad but not great.

Accommodation and the spa were excepcional, great diversified breakfast too. The location is also convenient, half way to the seaside and the city, close to public transport.
