good location

too noisy at night, bar prices changed daily

It was difficult to appreciate or like anything as we were so tired because of sleep deprivation.

The noise was terrible, fortunately we were only there for 3 nights. The first night it was after 2am when it started to be quiet but around 3.30 i was woken by someone running down the corridor, around 5.30 there was shouting in the street. Then traffic noise. There were families there and all inclusive packages so people were drinking a lot. The next night was slightly better but were were kept awake with doors banging , people above us walking and moving furniture. It was like it started when the all inclusive drink ended. The 3rd night i bought some ear plugs as I had a long drive the following day. I realized that our room 149 was above the employee entrance where deliveries came and the rubbish bins were emptied. We heard them talking a lot below our balcony. Never again!!

Staff were really friendly and helpful, room was really clean, with a nice sized balcony overlooking the pool. The breakfast and dinner were both really good, with a great selection (I didn't include lunch). Location was good - just a short walk to the beach and the shops. All in all, a really enjoyable stay

The receptionists were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and provided welcome drink, nice shower, the balcony facing the swimming pool is refreshing. Good location, walking distance to the beach, the shopping arcade and the bus stop to Barcelona.

Great place with exactly what you need. Close to eateries and shops. Staff were brilliant and very helpful.

It’s just something small, we weren’t a fan of the pillows in the room. They were one very long one, not seperate.

Location, reception staff, couple of bar staff.. restaurant.. bed was comfortable.. a fridge in room..

Guests running up and down corridor being woken up at 2:22am by other guests knocking on the door... The room not being cleaned the whole time we were there... the actual size of room it was far too small for 3 people had to walk on single file.. no where to put cases, no drawers not enough hanging space... Grey towels ( they were supposed to be white) Towels not changed.. All the cleaner did was replace toilet roll.. A fight breaking out in reception one of your bar staff repeatedly punching another man, ( absolutely disgraceful and very scary) that I found out was part of the entertainment, a bar maid ranting and shouting at table of guests..

Excellent stuff they did all they could to comfort us. Location is quite close to the nice beach. All rooms have a small balcony

Car parking 18 eur per day, that is was not known before arrival even though I requested parking place in advance. We had to wait two hours for our room to be cleaned up. Part of the rooms are facing another hotel with loud music, quite disturbing if you value your sleep. WiFi above 2nd floor is weak Food is eatable but not impressive. Quite dirty swimming pool.

We want full board and was nice to have different variety of foods. Staff friendly and location prefect

A couple of lazy staff (mainly at the bar) let the rest of their colleagues down!

Confortable facilities. Perfect location in Salou. Kind staff. Good food.

Cutlery, dishes and so should be more carefuly cleaned for the clients on the restaurant.

Location - close to the beach and main promenade / shops, restaurants Juanjo & Frankie were very nice and made the stay pleasant with their attentive customer service Room was ok - liked the balcony

The buffet food was not nice at all The pool gets very busy Room fine but a little cramped - with three in the room it’s difficult to put your luggage anywhere
