Carreras de lo empleados con los carros de equipaje a las 07:12 h, toallas mas que lavadas, descoloridas y por parte con hilos sueltos y si se pierde te exigen € 35,00

Las zonas exteriores y los jardines son sencillamente increíbles. Las piscinas son increíbles y los servicios de bar muy cómodos. La comida es excelente en cualquiera de sus restaurantes. Relax y desconexión total. Los camareros excepcionales.

Las habitaciones son antiguas y se nota que no reinvierten dinero en ellas ni adecuan las habitaciones, la decoración de las mismas es antigua, las paredes y cabezales de la cama manchados y desgastados, la papelera del baño oxidada. Los colchones son antiquísimos y disponen de un sobre colchón de visco para disimular. La terraza de las habitaciones que cuestan 400/600 euros la noche son impracticables ya que invadidas por las ramas de los árboles. Las almohadas un error. El personal de habitaciones deja mucho que desear entran sin tocar a la puerta. Claramente el precio que se paga es por los jardines.

The setting was great. You would not believe it was only 2km outside of Benidorm. Very relaxing.

Just a little disappointed that the spa didn't have more facilities.

We generally had a great holiday, not unexpected, this being our third visit. No need to leave the complex with so many pools and restaurants to choose from perfect for our 7 night stay.

Housekeeping could have been better. More Gluten Free labelling would also help. However we could not fault the excellent food and service experienced.

Set in beautiful, lush surroundings, this is a luxurious hotel with excellent facilities. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and made us feel special. The hotel transports you to Asia, so you really don't feel like you're in Spain, which is amazing considering its just 5 minutes outside of Benidorm. The location made us feel very comfortable as it was much cooler up in the mountains than it is closer to the sea at this time of year. The breakfast buffet was incredible, and the location of the restaurant was perfect. The other two restaurants we went to were also in lovely settings. Parking on site was free for guests. I really liked the fact there were adult only/ quiet areas.

Prices for some things were unreasonably expensive (like the spa treatments and also the Bali beds). We had a leaky shower cubicle and the bath didn't hold the water in very well. Small things like this slightly spoilt the experience as the bathroom perhaps needed better maintenance. There was a kettle along with English tea and herbal tea and coffee sachets in our room, but no milk was provided. A coffee pod machine would have been a nicer touch along with the kettle. We arrived on a Thursday for 2 nights in July, but only 2 of the restaurants were open for dinner on the first night. This meant we didn't get to visit one of the restaurants we were hoping to. It was difficult to find a good spot by the swimming pools due to people putting towels down in the morning and leaving them unattended until later in the day. This was the case on all 3 days we were there.
