Great location, good breakfast and dinner options, nice lounge area and bar!

Spa was a bit difficult to get to and not open very long (5 hours)

Really great staff, helpful and friendly. Great location, minutes walk to the ski lifts and shop for equipment hire. Food was also good with more than enough options (buffet) for breakfast and dinner.

The hotel felt dark and functionable but considering it is basically a hotel for skiers in the winter and walkers and mountain bikers in the summer, that's probably to be expected. Car parking and animal charges were high.

The location of the hotel in relation to the ski lift was fabulous. I honestly didn't realise when I booked it that they were right on top of each other. The rooms were fabulous, though the bath stopper in one room was broken so we couldn't use the tub, and the beds were super comfy. The staff at the hotel were also amazing, they did everything in their power to make sure we had a good stay.

The management of the spa area could have been better. Due to covid there were restrictions on how many could be use each facility but there were more people allowed in than that restriction allowed for so often we were just standing there looking stupid.

The breakfast offered various choices and respected health measures by offering different time slots to avoid over crowding. The room was great and offered both bath and shower options. A nice surprise was having a coffee machine and a little extra room with a couch which was also a pullout bed. The room also had two TV's which offered both Spanish and French channels. The hotel location is great and allows for lovely walks to discover the surroundings.

The room being located on the top floor (4) meant that there was no real window for a view. There was only one window on the ceiling which due to the snowfall was completely obstructed. The room was warm at first but then got cold and no matter how much I turned up the heat it didn't seem to get warmer (perhaps I was doing something wrong).

The room was great. Located on the 2nd floor we had a balcony facing the mountain and with a view of the gondola. The location of the hotel was fantastic, it was perfect for a walk to explore the surroundings and only a 2 minute walk to the ski lift. It was also next door to a ski equipment store for which the hotel gives you a 10% discount! The breakfast offered various choices and respected health measures by offering different time slots to avoid over crowding. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. There is a large lounge area and bar with snacks near the pool table which offers a great view of the snowfall.

The room felt a little cold but that could be because I didn't know how to use the thermometer well enough.

Breakfast: I would suggest more local food (cheese, bread, cakes)

following on from my incident: My main concern however is still that the people in the office did not seem to be bothered about the severity of the accident - one guy said that you go on the ski lifts etc at your own risk - which is fair enough I understand that, but the accident did not happen because of me falling - it was a serious malfunction of equipment - if it had been someone smaller than myself they could have been hit in the face/ head – could have lost an eye / their teeth or even been killed. I am absolutely black and blue and visited my own doctor as soon as I got home – thankfully I have nothing broken it is just severe bruising - which I have documented day by day should you need it. I feel I have to raise this and draw your attention to it as in my opinion it was a serious safety malfunction and was not treated as such by those involved. Surely at the very least there should have been some sort of safety procedure followed which would mean closing the lift until the appropriate safety checks could be carried out to ensure the ongoing safety of the equipment? If one cable is so worn that it has snapped, what state are the others in and why was this wear not spotted when the previous checks were carried out? We were told that they were ‘probably’ checked every morning but were not convinced that this was the case from their lack of concern. I hope that you will treat this with the seriousness that it deserves and look forward to hearing back from you as to what measures you have taken to ensure the future safety of skiers at this resort. I have also emailed Andorra Travel Service.

Location was great ,food execellent cjpice and quality. The ski storage facilities and ski hire shop attached to the hotel very helpful.I wouls also recommend andorra resort for ll bookings including transfer ski hire ski pass and ski lesson arranging-staff there were outstanding(jenny)

A week before our holiday we had a telephone call from the hotel asking us to move hotels(to another magic hotel down the street) -this is the second time this has happened booking via' booking .com'.As our friends were also booked at the same hotel we managed keep out booking.Our friends had booked with exoedia and they did not have this call , the hotel said they would not ring anybody booked with expedia.-so I think this is something involving booking.com -double booking properties( it has happened on another occasions to me also 9 months ago).It is upsetting to receive this call and spoils the build up to a holiday.
