at breakfast the staff (a gentleman) was quite unpleasant and although we were completely alone in the room, he was not willing to take the used dishes from the table...

Room very small. Bed not very comfortable and small. Lack of flexibility on early breakfast, not open until 7.30. No flexibility on having late check-out.

Our bed sheets had blood stains in them! Hotel not so clean and had a cigar smell all around, facilities need some deep cleaning!

too hot. there was something wrong. The heater was out but the room was freaking hot - even by having the balcony door open for hours. Couldnt sleep well as of dry and hot air.

It was a great hotel. location was nice. We can get on lift station for 3 min from the hotel. The reception was very friendly. The room was clean.

I was traveling with a UCI Mountain Bike Team for the World Cup. My wife joined me from Ireland taking the bus from Barcelona to the nearest town and then a short bus journey to the hotel. She had a great journey and was very welcomed by the hotel staff. We used the pools restaurants and bar and found the staff really helpfully. There is a very relaxed atmosphere through out the hotel while delivering excellent customer service. We had a room with a balcony onto the main road on the 3rd floor. It catches the morning sun until 12 on the front of the hotel and this was great as my wife worked from her laptop each morning in the room. Exceptional stay.

very basic facilities for a 4* hotel. 3* pretty good but it’s clearly stated as 4*. the staff are just so rude and blunt here (in Andorra) The male staff at night was extremely rude to me- I went down to the reception at 2:30am to get bottled water to find the guy sleeping on the sofa listening to music. (didn’t bother me) Then I was shouted at whilst trying to use the card scanner (which wasn’t functioning) on the vending machine, by him, to bring cash “think think” whilst pointing at his head. He then told me to go into town and get some cash (at 3 in the morning searching for a cash point for 20 mins) whilst I’d have rather been sleeping. all to come back without finding anything and him to pull out 2 bottles of water from behind the desk. I just don’t understand and was pretty weird to be treated like that, I really wasn’t rude to him but I genuinely felt pretty threatened by him. I tried telling the fairly nice lady in the morning and she just laughed it off, she either didn’t understand or didn’t see it as a problem. but she spoke pretty good English so I feel like it’s just a regular occurrence? we were kept one night by people 2 rooms away from us due to thin walls, then the next night by some noisy girls in the hall. we were told we’d have a queen sized bed which was intact 2 single beds pushed together. btw were 20 and 21 so noise doesn’t normally matter. the facilities were not bad and were nice and clean, but just a strange experience with the staff.
