Timmy on reception is lovely and answered all our queries :) This is a local family run business and they do a very good job of keeping it clean, and the gardens throughout the resort are well maintained. t highly recommend! he restaurant is a MUST SEE whilst visiting Koh Phangan!

The grounds of the property were gorgeous, it’s like being in a jungle. The highlight is the restaurant, koh raham beach bar, never seen anything like it! you can jump off the edge of the rock into the water or walk down steps and swim surrounded by hundreds of fish so snorkelling gear is a must but you can hire it. The food in the restaurant was amazing and the staff were friendly.

The Wi-Fi is dodgy and the shower was terrible. the room wasn’t cleaned during our 3 night stay - I think you just need to make sure you ask on reception to get it cleaned if you really want to.

Lovely location with good views from rooms. Beach bar/restaurant was amazing with good choice and money off when you’re a guest of the hotel. Provided a shuttle bus to Full Moon Party which was handy.

The shower had little to no pressure and took ages to wash my hair - worst shower I’ve ever experienced.

Beach next to property is amazing, nice resturaunt but a bit expensive comparing the others on the island, beautiful peaceful location of bungalows right into the jungle backyard.

Stuff is frendly enough but service they provide is awful, I have idea Thai people somehow still don’t get how to provide service, receptionist was uninterested in anything, we took our luggages from taxi to room and vice versa, they missed and forgot few orders in resturaunt while also being rude about it. While buglaows were amazing they were a bit pricy, some parts of hotel were not maintained well, especially pool area.

Our room had a lovely seaview from the balcony. It's located just next to Secret beach, very quiet at night.

They cleaned rooms only every other day (upon request). The staff members were friendly, but bit passive. The hotel has much bigger potential in general.

It was far from everything, all the restaurants are at least 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel and everything is closed by 9pm. At night there's no light outside of the hotel. It seemed like the hotel is old, a lot of broken things and the place is not well maintained. The water in the shower were cold and the pressure was low.

The room had a huge balcony with an amazing view and a direct access to the small quite beach. The hotel is located away from the street, so you don’t hear any traffic noise. The receptionists were super helpful.

Nice location right at the beach and lovely restaurant.

Unfortunately the bad definitely outweighed the good. There were cracks in our roof so water leaked in during the first night when it rained. There was no one to be found to help so I had to message the hotel on booking.com and didn’t get a reply for over 2 hours. The room was dirty and there was a smell. There were gaps in the door so bugs got in at night when the light was on, we had to use a towel to cover them. On the second night the fan outside the room controlling the air con starting making horrible noises and would not stop and again no one was to be found for over an hour. Eventually someone came and we had to change rooms at almost 11pm. To compensate, our taxi costing 300 THB was paid for by the hotel, but staff overall seemed very disinterested and unfriendly. I’ve stayed in much better places for much less.

We liked absolutely everything, the food was was so good & lots to choose from. The whole resort is beautiful. Loved watching all the fish & the friendly birds. This resort has really comfortable beds! The staff are super friendly & very helpful. We plan to stay again.

Nice coral reef close to the bungalow, perfect for snorkeling. We got a bungalow with a sea view.

We absolutely loved the restaurant on the hotel premises. It is located right on the beach front and is decked out amazingly. We had friends come to our hotel just for the restaurant. The location of the hotel is great with easy access to lots of beaches. The room was basic but comfy and clean which is all we needed really! The staff were super helpful and friendly, helping us with recommendations and advice.

Our shower only had cold water which may have been fixable if we contacted the front desk.

A missed opportunity.... Lacking management and care, this resort is in the process of slow decay. You get much better value for money elsewhere in Phangan.

The location and privacy is great .Great vibe by the beach restaurant. Rooms are large and stuff is friendly, that’s about it . It justifies the lower price, don’t pay for the breakfast go and have something outside the resort if you can.

The Restaurant slow and poor service .Food is average and nothing special. Breakfast is limited to about 2 options with instant coffee and diabetes type 2 juice( not fresh ). They didn’t bother to open fen or offer glass of water . The room remained unclean during my two nights stay. They don’t bother to refill your fridge with water . I believe there is no management at all. It’s a shame because this resort cloud be the winner at this location , the garden is amazing . Pool is on the small size with not the cleanest water ...
