Hi Martin It’s a shame my daughter never informed you that I’m 77 and although fortunately fit I found it difficult to carry my suitcase upstairs Also that I’m claustrophobic and a cold attic room was not easy Not your fault However I do want to tell you what could have been an awful situation I took my suitcase down first carefully holding onto the bannister put it in my car I left my handbag (with phone etc on the bed)together with another Christmas bag Luckily I propped the front door open with a leaflet Then went up again for my possessions Put them in car Closed your front door at 10.15 but forgot my water Could NOT enter again with code Never mind I purchased more But if that happened with my handbag upstairs with my phone What would I have done ? Please consider this for your guests Thank you Ursula Bennett

Martin the owner cares deeply about providing an excellent service and that shone through during my stay. Spotlessly clean, all information explained in clear detail, great wi fi, easy to use self service. All the staff were amazing and I couldn't be happier with my stay.

We booked several rooms for a family occasion. All the accommodation was well equipped , clean and comfortable but what really made this work for us were the communal spaces that meant we were able to cook and meet together.

It's always where we stay when visiting relatives in Ipswich. Top quality rooms. On-site parking. Nothing to fault it. Always nice to meet up with Martin. Shared kitchen for those who need it but fridge and microwave in bedroom anyway.

Never did get the hang of the key code entry! Worked once when we were unloading but later on in the evening one of the other guests heard us fumbling and let us in! Probably our fault though.

Location was nice.

The bed was a little uncomfortable - seemed very lose. Other than that it was very pleasant, quiet & relaxed stay.
