We choose this hotel to accommodate us during our wedding in Portugal. It was a very important occasion, so we wanted to be comfortable during our stay and not worry about anything. This is exactly how it was - fantastic room, excellent view, the kindest staff, truly superb breakfasts, no issues upon check-in and check-out. We faced a minor issue with a clogged drain in the shower, but we brought it up on the reception and it was fixed by the time we got home from dinner, which just shows how excellent the staff is. Definitely would stay here again!

Localização excelente, com metro e autocarro a poucos passos. Quarto muito bom, com uma pequena área de estar e uma bancada com lava-louça e microondas, excelente para quem viajar com bebés ou crianças.

Nada de importante a apontar. Apenas acho pouco prático ir à entrada do hotel para aceder à sala do pequeno-almoço.

The hotel was very clean, the interior was modern and elegant, everyone working there was kind and openly friendly to help in any way or give advice. The breakfast offered everything you could wish for. Walking distance to downtown was around 15 minutes.

Pool and gym are tiny

The staff in all areas were friendly and helpful. Clean and large room. We got an upgrade on arrival too. The location is great to see the city. Hotel would be suitable for city break or business trip too.

Pool is a plunge pool but enough to cool you down when lounging on the roof top loungers. The loungers are good quality and the pool area was continously cleaned. Bar is self service and is on the floor below, pool side service would be nice.

Location is excellent. Quiet but still very central. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

The staff were great and the place was very clean.

It felt like bedroom 110 was a closet. It was small, dark and had a view of an air-con unit outside. At €300 per night it didn’t feel like good value for money. We left feeling a little disappointed.

The room is very clean and quiet. The hotel is 500 meters from the synagogue.

The hotel is quite far from the city center. The first time you can walk (1.5km) but usually you need to use transportation.

Hotel was excellent and the room we had was fantastic. The complimentary toiletries were to a high standard.

Hotel was not a 4 star complex. Shower ran hot and cold and general facilities were okay nothing spectacular. Main reason for choosing hotel as it said it was close to everything. Which was not true was 15-30 mins from anything of interest would recommend staying in Alfarma or barrio alto for convenience.

the hotel is just perfect and close to metro access, wonderful breakfast offering and a good restaurant to have dinner at. it had a very nice rooftop pool and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. front desk staff are really very helpful and friendly

Excellent area, you can easily reach any part of the city by metro and bus, the stations are close to the hotel. Large and spacious triple room, large and relaxing bed, excellent breakfast, friendly staff.

The water at the sink drains quite hard, the enamel on the sink had cracks.

The staff from the moment we arrived were so helpful and friendly. Information about the area etc, and we’re very accommodating to requests that we had.

The location is just off one of the main shopping streets, but it is a bit more of a walk to the port.
