Good facilities

Shuttle bus far too infrequent / unpredictable. Even when we called reception to check they would say it was going to be 5 minutes only to be waiting 30 mins, or visa Versa, being told it would be 30 mins then the driver say they were waiting.

Everything - it is a beautiful resort - the accommodation was perfect and the staff were very helpful and friendly

A couple of restaurants had closed down for the season Only one supermarket on site

Convenient to where we wanted to go & excellent facilities

No cleaning room service , room was full of dust and Floor dirty. Bath towels need to be change more often , bed sheets also and room service should be a must for the price …old furniture

It was well stocked with everything you’d need and very clean and perfectly laid out.

The beds could have been more comfortable.

Resort was immaculate and excellent range of facilities. Individual villa accommodation was stunning including really large outdoor terrace overlooking the golf course.

Long walk to restaurants and beach, however, free resort shuttle bus was really easy to use.

The house was beautiful. It was spacious, clean and very near the beach. There were lots of places to sit and relax in the house and each bedroom had its own bathroom.

The kitchen tops were a bit worn. The restaurants nearby were very expensive. Every meal for 4 people was over 100 euros. This was with table water. To have an umbrella on the beach was 25 euros.

Stunning location, peaceful, private, common resort areas and restaurants well maintained. The house we rented had a great layout and was well positioned and private pool. Fun beach club.

The outdoor area of the house we rented was run down. Pool tiles falling out, pool lights not working. Outdoor kitchen was very run down…. It lets down the whole experience and property. The bed in the master bedroom was small and not very comfortable…

Nice accommodation. Well equipped.

Was a bit too spread out. Didn't like that there was no dedicated pool for the resort residents, and one could pay to enter the pool area. Play ground was good for kids but you had to but food or drinks just to be in the area the playground was in.

The location & resort were excellent. A real treat that I would definitely return to. Reception staff, admin team & shuttle car staff simply brilliant, professional, helpful & beyond expectation. However the Villa I booked did not match up to description. Very limited photos provided & now I know why. It is dated and a bit ‘sad’. The plunge/swimming pool was as advertised, very lovely, clean and was definitely the highlight of this property. Disappointingly the Villa felt uncared for. 2 single thin Beds, cheap mattresses & pillows were uninviting & a let down to the experience. A hairdryer was provided, but like most of Villa accessories, old & disappointing for what we pay to stay there. The newly purchased fake plants were a recent addition; good effort but still had their large sticky labels on the pots (showing lack of detail & attention) The bathroom was dated. Shower head fell off every time & shower door annoyingly opening inside bath creating a very narrow area to step into bathtub to shower. I’m 5’ 6 & 60ks and struggled squeezing getting in & out. Holding the glass shower door or the sink cabinet. A rubber anti slip shower/bath mat is necessary as tight squeeze getting in/out shower in bath. Sink cabinet next to bath/shower needs carpentry & attention as Radnor sharp edge of sink next to bath / shower entry.: see attached photos of my sliced foot twice in 4 days. (photo day 2) I sliced my foot once as I didn’t know or see how sharp the cabinet edge was and then cut my foot again stepping in/out of bath/shower in narrow area. This area does not work & should not pass inspection. Kitchen & appliances were good/ok. Countertops good and clean. Welcome basket served me well, however was basic, unimaginative & without a piece of fruit. Drawers provided lots of adequate clean crockery, pans, new cutlery & new utensils. Rusty fridge freezer.

Great stay it was a little expensive but worth it. Shuttle buses are amazing you ring from your apartment and it's there within minutes. Staff were really nice we will definitely be back again

Booked 2 bed apartment with hot tub - absolutely amazing apartment, so spacious, fully equipped with everything needed from short to long term occupancy. So clean & grateful for essentials let in kitchen (bread, croissants, milk) as we arrived late into night. Service & all staff we dealt with truly professional & so helpful!! Fantastic & quick shuttle bus service around resort, definitely needed as paths quite steep.

Nothing, it was perfect!!

Access to vale do Lobo facilities including the well beach club were amazing. The use of the shuttle was also great. The location of the apartment was also great and they did have good menities in the apartment Inc washing machine and dishwasher.

The apartment was nice but a little tired decor wise and although not a negative for most, it is not toddler friendly at all. Overall the apartment was very clean but we did see a cockroach on the last night 😬 The really disappointing bit was checkout. We were going to a nearby hotel (literally 200m away) and despite having a shuttle facility, reception would not drop us and our luggage there and also insisted I went 1km in the opposite direction to check out and only offered a taxi (which we would pat for) to head back in the opposite direction again. I instead walked out bags over to the hotel, checked in with family and then spent an hour checking out back at their reception. For the price you are paying, it would have been a nice/suitable touch to either drop us at the new hotel or at least come to us to collect keys.
