needed modernisation pool wasn’t very clean one of the other guests cleaned the debris daily in the apartment the crockery and glasses were very miss match and I think it should have been a bit better

The mattresses were uncomfortable and no light in balcony so unable to read or play board games in the evening, otherwise loved the flat.

The location of the apartment was excellent with a fabulous view across the marina. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped.

Both toilets were an issue which we reported to the agency but the problems remained unresolved within the timescale of our stay. The en suite toilet had a broken seat consisting of a crack right across the seat rendering it unstable & it pinched flesh when seated. The other toilet was seemingly not properly fixed to the floor & consequently moved slightly when used. We subsequently noticed liquid on the floor surrounding the toilet which we realised was raw sewage seeping from the base of the toilet. (see photo) . We were disgusted by this & it seriously affected our experience of the property. We had noted, prior to our stay, that reviews had commented on the toilets last year - most definitely the toilet seat although nothing so graphic about the other toilet & had reasonably assumed that issues of such a basic health & safety nature would have been rectified. Other negative aspects were of much lesser importance than the toilet facilities but worthy of note: Towels were ‘rationed’ to 1 small bath & hand towel each ( we had paid the same full rental fee as would have been paid by a larger group ). Similar rationing applied to laundry tabs & bin bags. We were provided with a single kitchen bin bag for 1 week yet within the rule book were warned of a fine in the event of any rubbish being left . These seemingly ‘penny pinching’ matters are trivial but , nonetheless, conveyed a negative message. The general interior furnishings & decor are getting somewhat ‘tired’ & would benefit from refurbishment but still acceptable so long as you are not expecting a luxury standard.

Location is perfect. Very spacious and well equipped.

Could be noisy late at night but where the location is can’t be helped.

The location is fabulous, the size of the rooms, the facility's

probably my fault as i missed a call for instructions for the keys to the apartment maybe if we had written ones as well this would help but in the end once we located the VAP office they where fantastic
