Location, quietness and cleanliness

A biscuit in the room for coffee was missed and couldn't get a chocolate bar in the bar either.

Grande chambre, bonne literie. Très bon petit déjeuner avec d'excellents pancakes. L'établissement propose également une carte pour le diner que nous avons apprécié vue l'heure tardive où nous sommes arrivés. L'établissement propose SPA et Golf 😊

Room was very nice and scenery was gorgeous. Night porter is very good

Breakfast of tea toast n scrambled eggs delivered to the room. Two tray charges added to the bill. The tea was made in a pot that had coffee in it previously.. horrible taste. The toast was warm bread.. not colour at all. Not the usual standard of the Castle Dargan

Great Family Room with a Double & a Single and then an adjoining Room with Bunk Beds and a Single. Really Cool! And Breakfast was very good also. Didn't have Dinner there as we ate in Moran's of Ballintogher, which was also very good.

The fact that the roof is made from tin and because of the wind. I had literally the worst nights sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel

Great family room, plenty of space for 5 of us, no temporary beds. Staff fantastic, breakfast great

No swimming pool was only downside

It was a short stay but the resort is impressive and looks like it would be a great place to stay for a few days.

I had a family arguing next door and two children crying all night. The walls are so thin it’s like they are in the room with you. Terrible sleep when I came to reception in the morning to voice my opinion. I was told to take a seat and the manager would come out to talk to me. I waited 30 mins no sign. We stayed another 1 hour before leaving and had no approach from the manager. He has my number yet has not called. No privacy in these rooms and noise from neighbours is very loud

shower no pressure, bathtub very high to step over , Grab bar in shower to close to the shower kept banging my shoulder

Dated bedroom, bathroom designed for a guest with mobility needs ( which wasn't requested ). Having arrived back at the hotel ( 12.15 am ) had to wait for night porter for access...as he was hoovering elsewhere....

Was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly overall we really enjoyed

Bedroom was very nice

Dining rooms were like a work canteen. Service was very slow and food was cold, had to send it back.

The staff are amazing... so kind and welcoming... the hotel itself is stunning... beautiful views.. fabulous location..
