Breakfast very nice
Unable to get a sandwich from bar at 1740.
Sitting with family in foyer and unable to get drink from bar at 2340 even though we were all residents!

It’s very clean and decorated so well.
I had a view of Croagh Patrick from my bed
I thought I had breakfast included but was told at check in that I hadn’t 🥲 That was disappointing. It’s also hard to find entrance

love the lay out of the reception. the staff were brilliant they were diligent and very helpful in every area of the hotel, including housekeeping.

Great location, new modern hotel with extremely clean bedrooms.
Bar & resturant management were rude towards other staff. Not a pleasant dynamic to see. white bread had mould on it, but when mentioned staff did remove.

Nice room bed comfy breakfast was nice
Staff not very welcoming asked for dinner was told they are finished this was at quarter to five so we went to the royal theatre and got a nice meal there the staff didn't look happy in the hoyel

The location is good in castlebar
The room wasn't clean, for example the bedsheets had stain and the carpets. Small and dark lighting. Did not give a 4 start feeling.

Loved everything to be honest the was amazingly comfortable and the room warm great parking friendly staff.
Not a negative comment but it is the only issue i had was my shower in my room only had really hot water no cold water. The staff tried their best to fix the issue during my stay.

Fabulous location, Lovely big room, friendly staff on reception and very professional. Free parking was a nice surprise. Highly recommend.
