The lounge and bar decor was lovely.
The lady at reception was very unfriendly when we checked in.
The bathroom had chipped tiles, chipped enamel on the bath, dirty bath plug and hair on the walls.
The room said it overlooked river and mountain on booking but our room faced a concrete wall in the car park.
We booked one double bed, we got two twin bed pushed together. This is not a double bed.
No fridge or safe in the room.
No extras in the room, such as body lotion.
Breakfast (poached eggs on sourdough toast with avocado) - toast was rock hard and barely any avocado.

The location of the hotel was great.
Check in time was 3pm. We arrived at 3.15 and room was not ready til 4.20pm.

The rooms were lovely, there's a patio door in all the rooms which is great 👍 the food was delicious and the staff were excellent at there jobs, a lovely place to stay 😀

Even was given a twin bedded room with a accessible bathroom, having the toilet behind the door was not accessible. Also the shower drain was slow in draining and the bathroom floor got totally soaked. Lastly the kettle in the bedroom was awkward to turn on and then would not turn off automatically

Really lovely hotel and the staff were so welcoming from the moment you stepped through the door. The rooms were comfortable and relaxing and had all the amenities one would want. The food in Nanny Kelly's was fantastic as was the breakfast with a great selection to suit all tastes. I will definitely be back..

From the moment we arrived, the staff both in reception and in the bar and restaurant couldn't have been nicer.
Our room was so comfortable and clean. The food both in the bar and restaurant was absolutely first class and drinks especially the cocktails made by Harrison were just fab!
Excellent value for money and a great base to discover County Wicklow.
There is really nothing we could fault apart from the shower in the bathroom which could maybe do with updating.

The hotel was lovely,food exceptional and the place was spotless.
Needs a bit of modernisation to the rooms. Breakfast needs more of a variety and the location is good but for people lookibg to go out its not great. You need a car!
