Friendly staff

I was not able actually to stay the night over there. Because the air condition was not working and my bad luck the temperature was 33 outside through out the night. What is bothering me that the staff knows about the issue.

The bed were confortable and was quite clean

The hotel is situated quite far from the city centre, but the main issue is that the building was not designed for a hotel at first, mostly looks like a former 1 room apartments building. The breakfast was okish, but was kinda poor in options, also the restaurant had the most oldest and dirtyest coffee filter machine i ever saw. A coffee filter machine, not an espresso automated machine. I had difficulties obtaining a bottle opener-cork opener in a "3 star hotel" the security guard was borrowing one from the office which was needed in the reception back asap.

I like that inside apartment was small kitchen and also free parking for car. It was clean and all ok.

Very friendly staff, ready to support and advice you any time.

The room was quiet and warm, there was no need to use an aircon. That's in December.

The WiFi connection on a fourth floor, last room of the corridor barely let me send o few text messages. The reception lady informed me about that issue during a check in, but still..

The pillows were very hard, my neck hurt next morning.
