First of all, it is a saying that the man honors the place. Stefan is a great host of a great place. The communication with him was flawless, he responded very quickly to all our requests. The apartment we've stayed in (no 41), was a 2 bedroom apartment and it was nice and cozy. Clean, big enough for 5 persons (2 adults + 3 kids), great for a small vacation like we had. The location is perfect, quite close to all the things you need: beach, restaurants, market... The place has a private parking.

There were minor things that were no ok in the beginning (not enough forks, internet connection not working), but Stefan found a quick solution for all of them (again, very good communication).

The location is central, with a very nice view to the lake and relatively close to the sea. The building is clean, with free covered parking and cordial staff. The double bed is large and confortable. We also appreciated the air conditioning and the large TV. The kitchen is acceptabily equiped, although it still needs some aditional small things (different kind of plates, one or two more chairs)

In our studio located at the 8th flour there was an extremely persistent and unpleasent smell, coming from the bathroom and invading all the space. Keeping the bathroom door closed and the studio window open was useless. Such tecnical problem (likely related to the dirty water collection system in the building) should be remediated immediately.

Room was very clean, great view over the lake.

Cleaning

The location is excellent, non-stop Mega Image shop around the corner, the place looks exactly like in the pictures, everything looks amazing, starting with the entrance of the building. Then, the host, Stefan, is amazing. Very helpful, very nice, smiling all the time, and putting the client's needs first. It worths every penny. He helped us with an early check in and everything we needed. He reccomended us the beach where we should go and also assured us to get a discount for the beach chairs if we mention the place we're staying, restaurants, activities, etc. He also managed to help us with the accomodation for a couple of friends, in the same building, and they were also satisfied 100%. In the studio, we had everything just like in the photos, even better. The AC is really working, which is a must for us during summertime, nice balcony, nice Siutghiol lake view and surroudings. 100% I will come back, hopefully yearly. I've wanted to stay here since before the pandemic started and I am so happy I finally did.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice and helpful owner, early check in was possible, location àcross the beach, around 5 minutes to thé extended part of the beach and also in the proximity of many restaurants. Also thé studio was spacious enough

The studio is orientéd towards thé street, thé sea on left side and thé lake on the right one, which can be à little bit noisy

Location - in the middle of Mamaia on the lake shore. In short vicinity of Mamaia's gondola lift to the south.
