great location perfect for a holiday that is close to the beach. lovely water to have in the rooms from a down stairs water station to have fizzy or still. great air conditioning. if you have a car there is space at €15 a day.

I had an enjoyable stay at Hôtel Océan. Well located, close to the centre, beaches, restaurants and harbour; everything is a short walk away. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed. The best thing about my stay was the staff - so friendly and helpful :)

It was slightly noisy in my room as the sound does travel through the building (but I have experienced much worse). If you are a solo traveller, travelling without a car, it can be difficult to get around outside of the immediate proximity (not linked to the hotel, but a point to note).

Excellent location, close to the oceanfront and 2 beachfront restaurants! Exceptionally welcoming staff with an easy-to-follow procedure for arrivals after the reception closes. Very good breakfast with the possibility to eat on the room’s balcony. Spacious and very clean room.

Air con didn’t work but the staff were charming. Amazingly so. Car park was helpful too

The readily availability of good drinking water was very good. The shower was excellent. The cleanliness very good. The card key worked well. If you like anonymity you would find it here, a modern characterless hotel.

I would have liked a kettle and tea facilities in the room. The third night we were woken at 3.30 am with a siren going off for about 20 minutes. In the morning there was no water available for toilet shower or washbasin. No mention of this when we checked out and no compensation except taking off payment for two coffees and a tea. I didn't think this was good enough, to expect full payment for inferior service at a 3 star hotel could have been better
