I booked for one double bed but they gave 2 single beds put together with 2 different blankets and that was not what I expected.

Even if you write in an e-mail stating that you will be at the hotel at midnight on a night flight, they are a little confused about check-in at that moment... for example, on February 10, at 23:00, your flight arrives at 02:00 at midnight on February 11th. At that moment, they do not understand. You are on February 11, so check-in is not at 15:00 anymore, it will be in the morning, right? It was a bit of a mess, but luckily it didn't hurt.. February 11th is your reservation, it should be included in your breakfast event....normally anyway, this time I had a setback after a mishap.

the receptionist came to me almost screaming because I didn’t pay a small bottle of (bad) wine (7€) in front of my friends and all the people in the all. He has been very impolite. moreover it was not clear that the wine was not for free because it was at the entrance of the room far from the fridge and it looked like a welcome gift as it is usual in most of the hotels.

in general everything is OK

The room was large with a comfortable bed, good city view, and very clean. The staff were helpful. We liked it so much we have booked it again for our return trip in 2 weeks.
