La ubicación e instalaciones

No hacen la limpieza ningún día durante la estancia. No hay recepción ni personas con las que contactar en el hotel. Han cambiado de propietario y las cosas que daban por cortesía en el anterior ya no las dan, pero no han avisado a nadie. Más que un hotel es una habitación con cama y nada más

De kamer is prima, moderne inrichting. Voor een nachtje is het ok.

Er is geen personeel. Contact loopt via een chatbot. Er wordt niet schoongemaakt, geen handdoeken vervangen, servies blijft vies staan etc. Er werden kosten gerekend voor ontbijt terwijl er helemaal geen ontbijt werd aangeboden. Dit bleef op de rekening staan, ook na dat we dit gemeld hadden. Daar moeten we nu nogmaals zelf achteraan.

Die Lage ist super. Zimmer sehr sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal via WhatsApp war sehr gut.

N/A. It is a 3 star hotel and you can't say much about anything. This hotel offers a lot to be a 3 star hotel. I liked it!

The gluten-free options offered for breakfast were a bit meager

Ho dovuto prenotare last minute, avevo paura che il servizio tardasse per darmi le informazioni relative al check-in, invece sono stati super professionali e velocissimi! Customer care gestito benissimo, sempre presenti per ogni domanda o perplessità. La struttura nuovissima, si sentiva ancora odore di ristrutturazione. Pulitissima e dotata di kit di benvenuto: due cartoncini d'acqua, macchinetta del caffè, cialde e tanto altro 😊 un'altra cosa che ho apprezzato tanto era la disponibilità di due cuscini diversi a persona, in modo tale da poter scegliere quello più adatto alle proprie esigenze. Il letto era comodissimo🫠consiglio vivamente!

Purtroppo le cialde del caffè non erano utilizzabili, non erano della misura giusta per la macchinetta del caffè. Inoltre la doccia si chiudeva male.

The location was excellent, the room was small but clean and comfortable

There was no staff, no human at all. Everything was done online - check in and check out and a pin code was used to enter the building and the room. There was no room service or room cleaning unless requested (online). This will probably suit lots of people but on a holiday I would like people to be there to assist anyway that is needed
