Surprisingly near perfect! The service is impressive, better than the Marriot at other places we visited, by way of the waiter brought us to the best seating at the breakfast floor; and the very lovely a la carte choices for breakfast (included in the room cost/recommend the French Toast and the pancake/which looks so delicate like a Ritz Carton versions of them); the Receptionist Lady clearly instructed us where to take the best photos of the new swan castle and how to go. Best location - the shuttle bus and carriage parked outside of the hotel, a walk distance to the nearby lake. We have a window view facing the new swan castle; it is 10 mins walk distance walking up to the old castle. Remember to book the castle tour guide days ahead of the visit as it is easily sold out by walk-in visits. A very beautiful building with over 100 years but well maintained.

Wifi - as the data roaming signal is not good ok this spot, we connected to Wi-Fi but it went on and off at night. We needed to reschedule our latter bookings so it took longer time, but was fine. Soundproof - the rooms at old wings are structured with wood walls so we could barely hear the next door’s speaking sound, though not clear/bearable. TV program choices - seeking UK/US (news) programs (as in English) but cannot find any.

Reception staff were wonderful. They booked castle tickets for us and called for taxis when we needed one. They made us feel very welcome.

Nothing-they are doing a wonderful job. Restaurant and housekeeping staff were all friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful historic building and rustic rooms. Breakfast was also tasty + unforgettable view from the restaurant area Location perfect to go to the lake, walk around the village and also go to Neuschanstein Castle.

We were a little surprised that in such a touristy place, the restaurant staff does not speak English....

The road up to Neuschwanstein, as well as the horse carriages to the castle, is just across the street from the hotel ! Our The lunch at the hotel was tasty. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent as we can order egg dishes from the breakfast menu. Parking is right next to the hotel. Friendly staff and services.

We stayed only one night at the Hotel Müller and we can certainly say that it was a great experience. The hotel's location is amazing, at the entrance to the castles paths. Having a parking lot at site is a plus. The breakfast and dinner was a la carte, well prepared with a very attentive service (the great wine selection was an amazing surprise). The reception staff was extremely helpful (they deserve a special thanks). The room was in perfect order, clean and comfortable.

Staff was very friendly. The room was big with a nice view. The restaurant - on the expensive side but you get big portions and food has good taste.

Unfortunately the dubble bed was separated in the middle. We didn't like that that much but the rest overweighted that aspect and we were very happy about our stay.

Excellent location, wonderful staff, great and amazing breakfast. We were delayed and reached the hotel outside of the check in hours. The staff stayed on and helped us get settled in. The breakfast spread is amazing and the restaurant has a breathtaking view of the castle.

Everything in this hotel is absolutely cozy and cute

This is 'the' hotel to stay in when you want to visit the beautiful Sloss Neuschwanstein, the Apsee and the Shloss Hohenschwangau. We felt really welcome when we checked-in, we recieved an upgrade and the staff was so helpfull and friendly. We loved the room, it may nog be a modern decor in the room but it really fits the atmosphere of the village and the castles. And we had plenty of space, a good bed, a nice seating area and (very special, we travel a lot and I think this is only the second hotel that ever had this) a seperate toilet from the rest of the bathroom and shower. Cleaning was good an proper. The biggest closet we ever gotten in a hotelroom. All the main attractions are close, the hotel is the centre of the village. We ate in the restaurant for breakfast (menu, served at your table, very, very exuberant and lovely (the staff in the restaurant at breakfast are so wonderful, they really brighten your morning). We also had diner and we highly recommend it. Great service, good wine, nice food and stunning night view on the castle. If you travel by car, parking is on the premises. We loved being there.
