- central location even it’s not on the riverside. We could reach the hotel easyly by walking from the Rüdesheim central station. Rüdesheim is very small town and people can go everywhere by foot. - Hotel room is big enough for 2 persons . Our room is basic but clean and almost all necessary items is available. - Hotel staff is very kind and helpfull. - Hotel offered us free wine tasting. It was excellent and we enjoyed a lot . - Hotel restaurant is one of the best in Rüdesheim.

- It was very hot even mid of June and as there is no cooling system in the hotel , rooms were very hot.

We were greeted at reception with a glass of local Reisling, it was delicious! Hotel was clean and well presented, great location and had parking next to the hotel, however there was an additional charge of €15 per night Room was nice but very hot due to the amazing weather we were having, but with no air con or fan, it made for a very uncomfortable night A great hotel!

Our room was very spacious, and the staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating! The room was modern and clean. The best part was the location. Right from the hotel, you could take many different hikes in the wine hills. It was also right down the street from many delicious restaurants and lively bars!!! We can't wait to visit again!!!

The pillows were the worst that I have experienced so far which gave me a terrible neck pain in the morning.

modern clean room, great breakfast and location is walkable to additional wine tastings, vineyards, air tram, museums, restaurants and shops long the Rein.

it was not quiet at night as our room was on the street and there were many merry- making folks out yelling and singing until about 1 am. we could hear people going up and down the stairs.

We had a lovely warm welcome and the hotel is perfectly located near the car park and the centre of the town, with a lovely historic style and lots of character!

It was situated in the older part of town. There are taxis from the station and it is wise to take one although you may have to wait a while Excellent food and wonderful wine

No free parking space. Need to park in the public parking space which charges money.

Atmosphere in the restaurant was good and staff friendly and helpful Food not so great, my partner had a Jäger schnitzel and was up the whole night as sick as a dog. I did mention this to the reception staff but they did not seem to concerned . I had a salad and it did not look very presentable, not sure if the kitchen was in a rush as they were about to close Would not eat there again

The rooms were not cleaned properly, carpets were dirty and the table still had coffee cup stains on it. Clearly not cleaned or wiped. Window sills also not dusted in a while
