Staff were exceptional, helped us pick a restaurant and organised us transport to get there. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was amazing.

Comfortable room and great breakfast every morning. Staff was very helpful. Easy walk into town, but just far enough out that it was quiet at night. Loved our small balcony.

The spa was very poor. Quite expensive for what it was, and we were only given 35 of our 50 mins. Not all of the services were working and no “welcome cocktail.” And no towels - we had to walk back to our room dripping wet. Would have asked for more time, towels, and the cocktail but the spa staff member did not speak English.

Really nice place to stay in Sorrento. Comfortable bedrooms, nice breakfast and nice staff as well.

The negative point is that the walls are to thin so you can hear all from other room such as the hallway.

We loved everything about Hotel Central. The location is very convenient to walk into Sorrento, it takes around 10 minutes to reach the center. The hotel is fantastic, the staff are lovely and are very attentive. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they made us feel very welcome. The spa and leisure facilities are also top notch, the spa is well worth a visit.

The beds was not comfortable, very hard, and no comfortable lounge area to have a drink, all very start on dining chairs.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very attentive. There was plenty of selected food to eat. The room was good and a fair size. The pool was good, large, deep and there were plenty of loungers. You got a free towel. The gym was well stocked and the staff member was very helpful. There was a nice balcony overlooking the busy road. All the staff were very helpful and attended to all your needs.

The room was at the front of the building and there was a busy road especially at 5am onwards if you were a light sleeper. There was not a big enough shower curtain, and the spray flooded the floor. The pool was shaded most of the day which made the water cold and also the neighbour dog was let out and constantly barked for a long time and was extremely annoying. The footpaths on the main road were very narrow and you had to be careful re traffic coming in both directions.

It was a short walk to the main town, shops and bars. Just a little further to the harbor as well. Except for one person detailed in the next section, the staff were very friendly - especially the lady who was always covering the breakfast shift and the ladies cleaning the rooms. The rooftop bar is a small terrace but does have a nice view. The staff will bring you up drinks from the bar to save you going up and down which is nice. Lots of very nice cocktails! The pool is lovely and lots of sun loungers. Again with a nice view. The staff covering the pool were also very lovely.

One member of staff was quite rude and got agitated with us because we hadn't booked a breakfast time & did not leave our key behind when leaving the hotel. We were happy to do these things, but hadn't been told we had to when checking in. So, it wasn't appreciated when we we're 'told off' about things we had no idea about. Our room looked a bit older than some of the pictures advertised. When we saw some of the others rooms they had been renovated and more fitting with the website pictures. We had also picked the option and paid a bit more for a pool view, but this was not provided to us.
