Das Personal war überdurchschnittlich freundlich. Unzufriedenheiten wurde sofort entgegengewirkt mit sehr guten Lösungsvorschlägen. Die Zufriedenheit der Gäste steht in dem Hotel an erster Stelle. Die Anlage ist weitläufig und sehr schön und liebevoll angelegt. Das Hotel ist sowohl für Familien, als auch für Paare sehr gut geeignet. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Auswahl der Restaurants ist ebenfalls sehr gut und für verschiedene Zielgruppen geeignet (von pro Pizza to Go bis Gourmet).
Die Zufriedenheit hängt stark von der Lage des Zimmers ab, in dem man unterkommt.

Frisch gepresster Orangensaft hätte meiner Meinung nach inbegriffen sein müssen.
Besuch im ARIA Spa ist sehr teuer.

So relaxing!! The views were amazing!! Tons of hiking trails nearby and such a peaceful resort. Wasn’t swarming with kids and didn’t feel like I was trapped on a cruise ship

The views were stunning. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the hotel had very good facilities. we were on the lake and it was possible to hire a boat.
it was expensive. For example breakfast was included but this was for a buffet and if you wanted eggs Benedict it was an additional cost of €15. parking was €20 a night extra.

The resort is absolutely perfect!
One of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in.
It has something to offer for everyone. Couples can enjoy a quite time and families can enjoy being together being families.

We enjoyed staying there for our honeymoon! Loved the adults pool for relaxing but saw there are enormous opportunities for families as well. Lovely staff, good team and gorgeous place.
Would have been great to have a small coffee maker in the suite and would be great if the tunnels on the walking path to Porlezza could be lit up.

friendly staff, great resort, fantastic room, great kids facilities, delicious food and super kids friendly! the staff of San Marco made our stay unforgettable and they always go the extra mile! We will be back for sure!
the room was a bit old and needed some maintenance (flooding of shower and sink), internet access was poor given it’s a business hotel.

Everything was on top level - excellent food, beautiful gardens, incredibly friendly staff. We had a perfect vacation there.
WIFI is rather slow due to the surroundings but, after all, we were there on vacation, to surf the lake, not on the Internet :)
