The room was a good size Breakfast was good with plenty of variety and didn't finish too early Hotel was clean and staff generally helpful

We were told on arrival the pool was no longer open which was a big part of our reasons for booking this hotel as it was for a family break for some autumn sun. There was an indoor spa that was still open but was Chargeable at approx £20 per person per 90 mins Very disappointing

El hotel en sí precioso y muy nuevo y limpio, el problema lo tuve con la habitación, elegí una suite deluxe con terraza, por el hecho de tener una terracita donde relajarnos y una habitación un poco mejor, pero no fue así, me sentí MUY ESTAFADO la verdad y fue una lástima, era un fin de semana importante para nosotros, la habitación no estaba en condiciones, para nada hacía referencia a un 4*, la zona de la bañera estaba llena de moho por la silicona de las juntas y todas las juntas de las baldosas amarillas y a trozos, en los pies de la cama una baldosa del suelo rota y levantada, CORTABA MUCHO, y me extraña que estuviera así, la terraza no era terraza, era balconcito y daba al parking, literalmente era el parking lo que veíamos y la entrada del hotel bajo nuestro a la derecha.. un desastre la verdad nos gastamos 600€ en pasar un sábado y salir domingo y me siento muy estafado.

Las instalaciones muy buenas. Un entorno de jardines bien cuidados una piscina grande con buenas reposeras. Un desayuno bufet excelente.

Avoid this dump!!! We had booked 4 nights here to end a busy week in the area hoping it would be relaxing and calm, it was anything but! As soon as we arrived into our room around 9pm(room 3), we noticed there was a party going on across the corridor. We rang reception and said we cannot sleep here with the noise and could we have another room and we were told no as the hotel was fully booked with a wedding going on. The noise was so loud and guests gathered around the corridor/outside after the wedding finished. We had a terrible nights sleep with the noise and as the mattresses are completely worn out and old with no support. Next day we lay by the pool and in the late afternoon another wedding was starting beside the pool so we decided to go try nap as we barely slept the night before. Around 5pm we realised there was a bar set up outside our window. This was for the wedding reception drinks / canapés. There were also speakers and then a woman started singing. This went on for about 90mins, it was so loud and we didn’t sleep. We went out for dinner that evening and came back around 10pm and the wedding was still going. Again, in the room across the corridor. Our bathroom window that faced out onto the corridor was broken so there was no shelter from the noise. I went to reception around 11pm and the guy said we could move rooms if we wished. As he said the wedding would finish soon and it very late I said no as we didn’t want to start packing all our luggage etc. The wedding guests were very loud, some kids even knocking on our door and running away. We did not sleep very much that night. The next morning I went to reception to complain and said I want a full refund and I want to leave today. The woman, Angela, was extremely rude. I have never experienced such a rude woman in this industry!! Zero customer service! She did not care about us and tried to deny the noise continued beyond certain times.

Buena atención de los trabajadores, éramos una familia de 10 personas y tuvimos a nuestra disposición el reservado del restaurante, en general la estancia muy bien!
