The spa was fabulous, the buffet breakfast was great, although some of the hot food was almost cold. The reception staff were extremely helpfull.

There was no shuttle service to the airport and so we were obliged to take a private taxi, the service of which was very good but expensive.

very disappointed that when I asked for tea making facilities in the room a kettle was sent up no cups or T bags coffee sachets ect. I went to reception and was refused cups and the man said go to Lidl next door and buy one, I was stopped by a member of staff when I took one from the breakfast table for my room. I cannot understand why a spa hotel like this does not allow you to make tea or coffee in your own room with their cups.

Very comfortable stay. Breakfast was varied for all tastes and fresh. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We were a party of 7 and were disappointed the spa and sauna wasn't included in the cost of the room but was a further cost. Even if offered for a limited time to guests it would have made our stay more enjoyable.

Pillows in the room were body pillows, the breakfast was good, fresh & lots of variety. the tv in the room was new & English tv & films available

the beds were appalling, very hard, worn with huge dips in the middle of each mattress. it hurt my back badly, the bathrooms were shocking, corroding and dirty, anything but a 4 star. we were told we had to pay extra for the safe key! there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room & the balcony was in poor condition.

Hotel had a friendly atmosphere and the staff in all departments were helpful. Great location, 10 -15 mins walk to the beach and 5 mins to Albir Sunday Market. Bus Stop for Number 10 bus to Bendirom or Altea just 4 mins walk from Hotel. Buffet style Restaurant so plenty of variety, omelettes made to order at Breakfast. Senses Spa in the Hotel costs extra, but is a lovely holiday treat.

Nice clean modern hotel, we were only there for four nights but would stay again.

Major health and safety issue at entrance to bar from pool tiles very slippery when wet witnessed a lady falling on wet tiles needs to be addressed urgently
