The breakfast was ok especially the omelette person.

The AC in one of the rooms did work and they moved to another room but also the AC did not work. The staff randomly said I cannot bring bottled water into the hotel because they have no food/drink from outside policy. The room service menu has very little options. Pool did not have towels. Many things were off at the hotel.

The facilities are so many and one better than the other one. The Reception Team are really responsive as well as helpful, specially Ibtissam. It’s located in a quiet area but a short and pleasant walk from Jemaa El Fna and all Souks. The restaurant at the front has an outdoors area where you can have breakfast. My stay was excellent and I will definitely be back.

Location was great.. Accessible to Town centre and facilities around.

Bathrooms.. Had changed two rooms, but really dont know what is basic issue with the bathrooms. In First the shower cabinet leaking and Bath Tub shower didnt have any curtain.. Second room with only bath tub. Bath tub shower with no curtain.. all water spilling on floor making it slippery...

I'm giving the hotel a solid 10 because of the staff. They were always kind and helpful wherever they could. Also on my last night I managed to catch a very severe food poisoning and the staff were absolute stars in helping me. From the night guard walking to the grocery store to get me supplies to the concierge walking me to a pharmacy the next day for translation and support.

Friendly staff always looking to make feel at home and turn everything easy for you. The location of the hotel is great. Great looking spa.

The sound isolation of the rooms is not the best. But I got the impression that they are renovating the hotel by parts. As the lobby and the spa are stunning and with new design.

I was with my students on a school trip to Morocco. The staff, facilities and particularly the warm welcome of the hotel were exceptional. It was beyond my expectations. We had a great time ! Thank you so much for everything. My students and myself enjoyed so much your hotel that we will definitely come back.

The property is located in a prime area of the city. I booked 2 bedrooms (rooms 503 &505) and both of them were very spacious, with big en-suites, living rooms and huge terraces. The cleaning lady (Mrs. Fatima) is very nice and professional. All staff members were great, efficient and friendly. Mrs. Hanane helped me book a hammam, a day trip in the city, a dinner in a local restaurant and several taxis, and she provided immediate support.

The restaurant only offers buffet. I think it would be better if they could provide more options to eat.
