El clima no enfriaba bien porque lo que la habitación permanecía caliente, no se aspiraba la alfombra de la habitación y durante la cena nos sirvieron frijoles descompuestos

La habitación 101, no la deberían de rentar, está muy pequeña y arrinconada, lo único que se ve es piso del primer piso

El manager nos trató muy mal y no mostró interés en resolver nuestra petición además de que el hotel es muy viejo y no hacen por remodelarlo a pesar de que estaba lleno, el restaurante tiene muy mala atención.

La ubicación es inmejorable. A unos pasos del Fundidora, a unos minutos a pie de la Arena Monterrey. Hay Oxxo’s cruzando la calle, restaurantes, etc. Hotel muy bien cuidado y con muy bonitas instalaciones, sin duda volvería.

La atención en el restaurante quizá podría mejorar un poco. Y en recepción la mayoría de veces hubo muy poco personal para tanta clientela. Pero en realidad no hubo algo sumamente negativo en mi estancia.

Our stay was great. The room was clean and we had a gorgeous view of the city and of the Cerro de la Silla. Breakfast was great but the restaurant was extremely busy it being Sunday morning and they were clearly understaffed. There were long queues for everything in the buffet and they only had one lady cooking the quesadillas , eggs and pancakes for everyone so it took a very long time to be served. They had absolutely nothing when it came to pan dulce (scones, etc). When I asked the waitress she said they may take it out later but they never did.

It’s in a central location. Easy to navigate. The staff is very helpful and nice.

I didn’t like that the key cards only get you to your floor and the lobby. Try to get rooms on the same floor if traveling with a large group, or ask the staff for a card to get to their floor.

I didn’t like that during the weekdays they don’t clean the pool. I got there a Tuesday and the pool was dirty they didn’t clean it till Thursday for the weekend. I also didn’t like that the rooms are very outdated..

Their buffet was really good, had some good choices of food and drinks. the wait staff was very nice too, always paying attention.

The lady doing the "huevos al gusto" was often very overwhelmed, she definitely needed some help but was always smiling and being very nice.

Dirty rooms, very old facility, bad smell coming from bathroom and room a/c not working properly

Hotel room needs major renovations and repairs. The roof was leaking water and had black mold that they poorly tried to cover up. A/c did not work well a couple nights. The best part of this hotel is the breakfast and the location right in the heart of everything and direct access to fundidora. However, they need to remodel and fix asap.
