We chose Scottsdale to celebrate my 40th birthday and parlayed that into the WMPO and Super Bowl. Carrie’s house was great; we reviewed a lot of the feedback and knew what we needed going in to our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect for our boys golf trip! Quiet neighborhood and plenty of options for food near the property. Our host was responsive to our needs and the process was smooth. Thanks again!

We found the location to be ideal, it was a spacious home in a very safe gated neighborhood. However we noticed several deficiencies. Towels, sheets, and comforters were below average. No top sheets on beds. Upon arrival which was 20 minutes before check in time, we were not given access to enter the home. The key lock only allowed entry right at 4pm with no grace period which we found to be very unwelcoming. Additionally, the home did not provide paper towels, tissues, laundry detergent and coffee. Based on past rental experiences, every home provided these supplies. We also found bugs near the kitchen and a scorpion in the bathroom. Home needs a fresh coat of paint, upgraded linens and an overall facelift. Responsiveness of property manager needs improvement.

Clean home in a great location near golf courses. Pool table and pool are great amenities for down time. Highly recommend

Girls trip and the home was perfect!

The house is in a great location at the end of a cul-de-sac and with an abundance of natural desert landscape all around. Backyard set up was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, covered patio and firepit. Only complaint was a lack of paper products (no kleenex or paper towel) and kitchen towels, which was just a minor inconvenience. Overall a great stay.

I saw previous reviews mentioning that the house was not clean so I was a little worried going into it but the house was great!! We had no problems with cleanliness and it was a great house to hang around in! Also it is located close to great areas in Scottsdale so it was easy to get around and explore! I will definitely be staying here again.

Came in for a golf week. The layout of the home worked perfectly. It has a great outside area for hanging by the pool or relaxing a watching TV/sports. The living room is a great size with plenty of seats for all. Updated appliances were great and everything worked as expected.

Great property, perfect for group

This is hard for me I don’t like leaving bad reviews because I know it’s someone’s business. However I’ve been thinking about our stay and there were so many things wrong I have to let others know before they dish the amount of monies we did for poor this house. #1 the house was dirty. Hair in the bathtub. Hand spots all over doors in entire house. Yellow stains on sheets. Literally black feet and socks from no mopping. (Filthy carpets)We had To go to the store to buy liners for all the trash cans. My sister husband was looking forward to the jacuzzi because his back was having issues. The jacuzzi wasn’t working. I emailed Carrie. She said she would get a repair guy out and never did. When I emailed her again Carrie stated that it’s hard to find someone to come out over the weekend and asked if we were using the pool. I said yes that we were using the pool so she refunded us for two days not quite half of the $75.00 a day for the pool/ Jacuzzi she refunded us $70.00 I was appreciative but felt that she was being extremely cheap considering everything we had to do. Most of my Sedona ppl that have VRBO would never allow the house to be rented like it was let alone not be fully refunded for the pool/jacuzzi. I’m just disappointed because it was supposed to be a fun relaxing vacation and it was more like cleaning and buying everything. We will never stay there again.

Great rental home and location for a getaway. Plenty of space for your group to hang out and relax when not out and about. Quick access to golf courses and restaurants.

Great spot for a girls weekend. We enjoyed the pool area immensly and it was a spacious home for 6 women. Great location for Pinnacle Peak hike. Only comment is we ran out of toilet paper and there was no dish soap, so just a suggestion moving forward to provide. Thanks for allowing us to rent your home - we had a wonderful weekend in the sun!

We enjoyed our stay all together in North Scottsdale. Some of us played golf and hiked. It was always great to get back to the pool and hot tub.

Gorgeous home in quiet but centrally located neighborhood. In town for family wedding and multiple rooms allowed me to share with extended family. Great room and outdoor living room came in handy. Pool and spa were thoroughly enjoyed although initial clarity issue solve by responsive pool service. House is convenient to trails, stores and short drives too many Scottsdale attractions. Kitchen relatively well stocked although could use more than the two kitchen towels. Only complaint was that arrival instructions came with no mention of(or code for) the security gate. Code was in instruction binder which does newly arriving guests no good. All in all a fantastic home.

Home is showing its age and lack of attention. Master suite has worn carpeting, poor lighting, shower faucet desperately needs to be replaced. Spa never worked during our stay, an issue that appeared to be ongoing. Owner showed no remorse and wouldn't respond to our communication to address the issue that we had prepaid for spa and pool heat until I registered a complaint with Vrbo. Left a bad taste in our mouth. We would not stay there again.

We had a great time at this beautiful home for a bachelorette party! We loved the outdoor pool area! House was clean, beds were very comfortable, and it fit 10 of us perfectly! Carrie was wonderful to communicate with but unfortunately we had an issue with our check in and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. That was a bummer way to start the trip. But once we were in all was great. Unfortunately we also ran out of toilet paper so if you have a big group bring extra. But great home and perfect for a girls trip! Loved the big open area when you walk in. Thanks again for sharing your home with us!

Easy to rent, nice, clean and convenient to the golf course we had an event at. Great communications with the property owner.

We enjoyed our stay in Scottsdale over Christmas. The house was very comfortable for our family gathering. The kitchen was easy to work in and had most of the necessary food preparation items. Unfortunately, we did not have paper towels and we had to unload the dishwasher upon arrival (and hand wash several dishes that did not get clean). It's probably time for a new dishwasher. The pool and hot tub area were wonderful. It took some effort to figure out the heating system, but once we sorted that out, it was awesome.

Everyone enjoyed staying at the house. Good location and good amenities. Only issue was no heat for pool or hot tub.

Quiet friendly neighborhood was perfect setting for family get together. Carrie was very quick to respond via text with our questions. Wonderful gathering spots both indoor and out, large open kitchen. Open space bordering the house gave a real AZ experience. Even a printer was available. Our one concern was with the dishes not being clean and floors and grill could use a scrubbing. Overall, what a great spot for our 90+ year old great grandparents to meet their new great-granddaughter,. Thanks!
