Close to the square and momentary, clean, and very comfortable

This was an excellent property…. Very clean, well appointed, great location and the hosts were very nice. I would definitely stay here if I get back to Bentonville! Loved it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Studio A. The studio was clean, well-decorated, and very comfortable. We were able to really relax and unwind from our every day lives. We loved being able to take short walks to the square (3-4 blocks) to enjoy the bakeries, coffee shops, and restaurants. It was also fun to be able to walk to Crystal Bridges as well. We look forward to returning to Studio A in the future.

My wife and I stayed in this amazing studio apartment. The ascetics were great. Modern and bright! Well decorated. Quiet. Awesome perks with a bottle of wine, waters, and coffee. Great cooking supplies. The view is beautiful. A simple 3 block walk and you are at the downtown park and shopping and restaurants of Bentonville. We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights and will be going back again. Owners were available in a mater of minutes. Check in was simple. It has off the street parking. The bed was comfortable and the shower amazing

Perfect location, good host, beautiful apartment.

Perfect efficiency apartment for exploring downtown Bentonville. Everything needed was provided. Just remember it is above a garage so you will hear the garage doors go up and down when owners leave or arrive but it wasn’t a big deal at all. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed for 2 nights. The decorations were really nice, the host was accessible and helpful. Overall, a good experience.

Every amenity in this beautiful private apartment just blocks off the Bentonville Square. We were in town for a wedding held just off the square and enjoyed breakfast and dinner at nearby restaurants. Crystal Bridges is a short distance from apartment, as well as the Museum of Native American History close to the Square should not be missed. If you are searching for something more than just a hotel room, this is it! We look forward to return visits to this spacious apartment in an ideal location in one of our favorite Arkansas towns.

Host was very gracious, and location was a perfect way to get to know Bentonville. Very walkable to all the area restaurants and shopping. Biking/hiking paths were easy to get to, as was as the Crystal Bridges Museum. The property is gorgeous, and we greatly enjoyed happy hours on the beautiful patio. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great location. Easy to walk and bike to just about everything in Bentonville. Was really nice to walk to The Momentary for the live music and art there and to Bentonville Square for brunch and the farmers market. A fantastic place to lay your head in the middle of it all!

What a wonderful space. It had everything. we could need including a wonderful bottle of wine to enjoy upon our arrival. What an unexpected treat! Really impressed, highly recommend and will stay here again. Amazingly close to the square (you could walk there!).

An above garage property that feels like your own loft/apartment/suite. Clean, stocked, well taken care of, and ridiculously comfortable all around. You're a block away from being on the square, walking distance to prime restaurants, bars, and attractions. If your goal is walking to shop, eat or drink, you could not pick a better spot. And it's minutes away from attractions in-town and in Rogers if you're concerned about the distance for driving. It's a prime destination to getaway if you want to see, explore and enjoy Bentonville, Rogers and the surrounding areas. The owners are warm, kind, and welcoming. Offering amenities with your stay you don't find in comparable hotels and rentals. Their entire property is gorgeous, the location is just off the square but nestled perfectly to give you a quiet escape from it all at the end of your day or night as well. If you're questioning where to stay for a trip to this area, look no further.

Perfect space and location - I loved being close to the trailhead and the city square.

Very quiet, bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Location was super easy to go downtown and to the museum. We would definitely stay there again.

Staying here was absolutely incredible! First off, this place is so cute and comfortable! You definitely feel right at home. Plus you can't beat the location! You can walk to the square, the razorback greenway, Compton Gardens, etc within minutes. Clay & Carrie even include activity and restaurant recommendations. They are very sweet hosts and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.

We absolutely loved the room and the location! Everything was outstanding!

We were looking for a couple days of quiet relaxation--and we found it. The property was exactly as advertised. Clean, quiet, yet conveniently located to the central square. We relaxed, slept great, visited the Crystal Bridges Museum, ate well and had a great time. Clay was super helpful as well. Highly recommended.

We were exploring the mountain and trail biking options and were delighted not only with those but with the wonderful vibe and food options here.

Carrie and Clay were wonderful hosts—excellent communication and so professional. The apartment was gorgeous—beautifully decorated with every possible amenity. We loved using the toaster oven and microwave to heat up the food we had brought—and the coffee was delicious in the morning. The apartment was within two blocks of the square and a only a fifteen minute walk to Crystal Bridges! A perfect location for a romantic weekend! We will return!

Right on the square for walking distance anywhere. Super clean, chic, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was great to meet the hosts and share their outdoor fireplace.

We so enjoyed our trip to Bentonville particularly due to staying in this cozy apartment. That had everything we needed, was beautifully decorated, and close to the town Square. We were able to walk to almost everything we could have wanted to, even grabbing lunch from the great fare offered at the farmers market. This was a fantastic way to celebrate an anniversary!
