Bar and waiting staff were very friendly and efficient. Food was very nice. Excellent service.
I booked a double room for a romantic night away. I got small triple. Room felt cramped.
One member of reception staff, not friendly. When we were checking out she didn't even ask how our stay was. Things like that would put me off from coming back.

The location
Room was freezing cold on arrival.... bathroom so dated....heard from other guests that there was no breakfast left when they arrived .....so expensive for what we got

The location and the hotel itself was lovely
It was just the room we got the bed was so noisy everytime we moved it wakened you with the noise of it and the doors were the same very noisy

Staff were so welcoming and worked well under pressure...there were a few staffing issues I understand
An easy chair in the bedroom would have been welcome

A walk-in shower would have been more accessible, also shower cap available.
