Disappointed I didn’t know about work in changing room in advance. Had nothing suitable to wear over swimsuit to get to pool

my room was excellent. Breakfast was very tasty and plenty to choose from. Gym was small but prefect for me staff very friendly. Most definitely stay again.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Room was clean and tidy.

Breakfast was very good, the room was spacious, clean and smelt lovely. Reception staff also very friendly.

Food in the Mulberry restaurant was awful, limited staff who were doing multiple roles and we had to ask for tea and coffee as no one approached us even though it was part of 4 courses. Breakfast the next day, asked for coffee and peppermint tea. Coffee never arrived and normal breakfast tea was given instead of peppermint.

Breakfast was brilliant, staff were excellent, cleanliness was superb, all in all good value

There was no àtmosphere in the bar, Televisions were scarse. a piano or a bit of music would be a big plus.

Stylish modern hotel. Ample rooms. Very pleasant large public spaces. Cosy restaurant. Comfortable bedding and mattress. Staff exceptionally customer focused and welcoming. Good WiFi.

Breakfast offered no continental options such as cold cuts.

Brilliant stay , On arrival Lauren was so kind and gave us a warm welcome , first interactions set the Tone and she was amazing ! Thank you Lauren for your kindness ! Room was lovely we were in a superior on the second floor ! Spacious room with a really comfortable bed ! Near loads of shops and cinema ! Breakfast this morning was so good! Food buffet style but served by a lovey gentleman ! So clean and orderly and a really relaxed breakfast experience ! The stay was lovely ! Thank you

The hotel was very nice great location plenty of shops restaurants and bars. Would definitely go back. if we where there for a couple of days more would love to visit the outskirts of the city like Butterfly farm, Malin head, Colmcille heritage center, Glenveagh National park.

There wasn't much wrong with the hotel apart from the venden machine didn't have a great selection in them. there was no where for the teenagers or kids to go in the evening time apart from hanging around the lobby messing on the stairs and lifts which wasn't the staffs felt but it's something the hotel could look into.
