Colchão não era confortável, instalações antigas

Localização excelente . Perto há uma padaria que serve almoço e jantar . Café da manhã muito bom .

Ar condicionado estava fazendo um barulho muito alto , que por algumas vezes atrapalhava o sono . Serviço de quarto não compareceu no último dia e quase ficamos sem toalhas devido a alta demanda. Academia totalmente insatisfatória. Seria melhor usar o espaço para outra finalidade. Não havia serviço de bar na piscina .

El hotel está en un barrio muy seguro; bueno, realmente toda la zona es segura. Hotel nuevo y limpio. El personal de recepción muy amble y honesto. También incluye un rico desayuno.

Hotel muito bem localizado, com comércio próximo, acesso fácil para transporte público. Visitei todos as atrações usando transporte público com pontos sempre perto do hotel. Café da manhã excelente, com muita variedade, funcionários muito atenciosos. A piscina é linda, os quartos confortáveis, chuveiro muito bom.

Não gostei da junção das camas de solteiro para formar a cama de casal, um dos abajures fica bem no meio da cama junto com os interruptores de luz. Durante a noite, ao mexer na cama, sem querer encostávamos no interruptor e acendia a luz.

The Wi-Fi was terrible. And they do not offer us any room to the pool side and as it seems just for the people who come directly to the Hotel, they offer higher prices with a better view to them.

Staff makes this property—all so kind! It’s a no frill we’ll-located budget hotel in the center of Foz. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Rooms are small but clean. Impressed by housekeeping bed making and cute towels, which was better than some 5 star hotels! Wifi also worked well in rooms. Breakfast was varied and more than exactly expected.

Bathroom was stuffy and needed more ventilation.

The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. The location was pretty good, within walking distance to some good restaurants and we even walked the 1.5 km to the mall, which is very nice. The pool area, although smallish, was nice, clean, and well maintained with a small bar area beside it.

As you pull up to the place it looks a bit run down on the outside, the parking lot was messy because of some construction. The breakfast was good but nothing amazing. The tv had few channels, no streaming service and we could not cast from our phones to the tv.

Excellent hotel - very good value for money, clean and comfortable room with great facilities (pool, gym, kitchen) and really helpful and friendly staff - particularly Augusto!

Location is good, there is 24 hours restaurant nearby, Room is comfortable, staff is helpful, WIFI is strong and breakfast is good. They let us store our luggage for a week when we travel to Paraguay.

The staff were incredibly friendly!! The rooms were comfortable and clean - I don't think the pictures online do justice for how nice the rooms actually are. There is also a tour desk for Loumar Tours in the reception that operate tours to Iguazu Falls, Paraguayz and more. We were able to book all our trips a day before. The breakfast has a good selection of cakes, pastries, meats, cheeses and fruit! The location is great with plenty of lovely restaurants within a 10 minute walk

The pick up from the airport was covered by the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, assorted food and served from early morning- very convenient. Suff was helpful and kind. The hotel is located in walking distance from the bus stop.

Friendly staff, speak in portuguese, spanish, english.

The room was clean with modern designs. Shower was great with hot water and great pressure. Air-conditioning works, wifi is good. Location is good close to restaurants and the bus stop. Breakfast was very good with different choices every day. We tried to book an extra day but it was sold out.

Very nice staff who helped out two non Portuguese speaking travelers! Room was nice as well.

The stuff was amazingly nice, especially Augusto. Location near many restaurants.

The windows didn’t have mosquito nets, so we had to keep them closed all night.
