The room was amazing with its beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. highly recommend asking for a sea view room.

They don’t do a hot breakfast…but we knew this before we booked. They gave us a continental breakfast in a basket to have breakfast in bed looking out at the sea.

The Staff were really helpful and friendly and the location was excellent.

The only thing was the pillows need to be replaced

The location is lovely, it has been raining for two days I was there but we made the most of it going to The Venue Bar and Restaurant, just right beside the Hotel for a Trad Night.....The staff were very friendly upon arrival and the room with a sea view was incredible ...We enjoyed our stay and I recommend Strandhill Lodge and Suites for staying over in Strandhill..

Fabulous place to stay to celebrate the new year. Spotlessly clean with massive room sea view and outdoor patio area. Bed so comfortable and staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic with great food options for continental breakfast

Rooms need Air Con if the wearther is warm, we had two rooms one at the back and one at the front, fan in room was provided but didn't really help, not sure if air Con shoud be standard for a 4 star hotel or not. Leaving the window open at the back of the hotel was not really possible due to noise of traffic. Continental breaksfast, depending what time you go for breakfast alot of crossaints and good/sweet stuff can be gone.
