House works perfect for us, on golf course. Host is very good at replying!

We visit the area every fall and this location was perfect for our needs. I loved that the pool had safety fencing, and the double master provided the right amount of privacy for members in my party. We always look for places central to everything and this location was perfect. Would definately book again in the future.

From the moment of booking the beautiful villa the communication was 5 🌟,the villa itself was absolutely first class everything you need like home from home. The pool was heated for us on arrival which we used everyday also the outside Tv which we used for music in the evenings and daytime. This villa is a must for anyone who wants to play golf or go to the Disney parks.

Our vacation at the Gulf Vue Villa at Southern Dunes was perfect. The house was great with 2 master suites and all the comforts of home. Any issues we had were resolved quickly. Our host Peo was amazing and went out of his way to ensure our vacation was all we wanted. We were close to everything and most were walking distance. Everything was as it is listed. Nice area and quiet gated community. House is updated and had clean modern bathrooms. Direct access to one bathroom from pool. We requested pool to be heated for an additional fee. We would stay again.

Clean, spacious and well maintained property in a gated community on Southern Dunes golf course

Very clean. All the amenities! Great outside area. Plenty of seating. Could use a step stool in kitchen to reach high cupboards.

Over all we enjoyed our stay all was clean, disappointed in the tiny bar single bar soaps supplied, the dish soap was not supplied. I cleaned the grill outside because it was not scraped when we got there. I didn't want dirty for next. The outside of grill had rust spots from the rain. I assumed owner was aware. I was very disappointed to be charged $75.oo to clean the grill after we had left. I complained to the owner, but he said the pictures from the cleaning lady show different. Said don't pay it if you don't feel you owe, but I kept getting bills. I paid. I also paid for an outside chair we broke when sat on. I did tell him about that before being billed for grill. Lesson learned TAKE PICTURES OF THE HOUSE AND GRILL WHEN LEAVING FOR PROOF. I told him to check on his cleaning lady's if they really did charge him for fake cleaning.

Very nice house with heated pool on the 17th fairway.

We rented the villa for 3 weeks. It was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the pool and all the outdoor chairs and loungers to the fullest. We already knew the area so we loved it once again. The only caution I would give for anyone looking to do the Disney parks or Orlando itself is that the traffic on the 27 and I-4 is quite heavy now so visiting Orlando is now more of a commute then it used to be.

Villa is well equipped, spacious and modern. Really good communication with owner. Would definitely recommend.

I and my wife play golf and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. Love the house and neighborhood and the pool was a extra bonus. I will stay here when we come back.

Such a great house, the size and location was perfect for our sister get away. The house is very clean and spacious. The pool was such a great bonus.

We enjoyed our stay at the villa! The neighborhood was nice, we enjoyed the pool! And loved that local stores and restaurants were just a couple minutes away!

Stayed at this property with friends during a recent spring break trip to watch our sons' college baseball team play. The location was great - it was centrally located to the sports complexes where the games were held. The home was nice, and just as pictured. Peo was great to work with and proactively provided all of the information we needed to enjoy the property. When not watching baseball, we were able to relax and enjoy the amenities offered, including the pool and outdoor TV (which was perfect for sitting poolside and watching the NCAA March Madness basketball games!).

From the moment I communicated with Peo I was confident that this was going to be great! They were quick to communism’s accommodating. When we walked into the house we were all awe-struck. The home was beautiful and just as pictured. All of the rooms were clean and decorated beautifully. We were able to relax and enjoy our vacation enjoying all of the amenities and not worry about a thing. This home is perfect for family time and would absolutely recommend! Thank you for helping create an amazing vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was very well equipped and we loved the layout of the house. It was perfect for the 6 adults we had plus an infant. It was fun staying on the golf course!

This was a great find & terrific place to stay! Everything was exactly how it looked in the photos & the property manager was extremely quick with their response and very professional & helpful. We were close enough to the parks for convenience, but far enough out to not feel trapped in the touristy spots. Very happy our family (including kids 8, 9 & 16 yrs old) chose to vacation here. 😁

Great place! Everything was so easy checking in,they communicated very well...only complaint would be that the pool water looked green...while the neighbors polls were sparkling blue. Not very appealing - But in all we ALL had a great time and I'll definitely be using VRBO again!!🏝
