The personnel was very helpful, the rooms is very comfortable and the breakfast is also very nice.

Even though the hotel is not that close to the metro station, it is well located.

Very good location on the outskirt of Beijing City. There are plenty of shopping malls and eateries around the hotel. My family especially enjoyed the reasonably priced Peking Duck in a restaurant just opposite the hotel which appears to attract plenty of foreigners and locals alike, where the restaurant staff were very friendly, responsive and efficient. The hotel breakfast spread is good with a balanced combination between Western and Chinese cuisines. The rooms are comfy and I especially love the small sitting area by the window.

The restaurant staff hardly dropped by during breakfast to clear the empty plates even if they were visibly piling up on the table. They would only come over when you beckoned them to do so. Mostly, I noticed they would only clear the table when the guests left the table. Not sure if this is a hotel strategy to ensure hotel guests do not spend too much time during breakfast hours in the restaurant.

Das Hotel wirkte hochwertig, man hat sich wohl gefühlt und das angebotene Frühstück war erstaunlich gut.

Die Lage ist noch vertretbar ca 15-25 Minuten zur MRT. Das Personal an der Rezeption wirkte teilweise nicht ganz so zuvorkommend da hier leider eine sehr große Sprachbarriere herrscht wenn man kein chinesisch kann. Es sollte sich daher um so basic Englisch bemüht werden.

As a solo backpacker I almost booked an overpriced hostel which was less then 30% cheaper than this but had average reviews. I’m so glad I booked this instead. It’s easily a 4 or 5 star hotel, with everything you need, while it’s not that expensive at all compared to the region. Staff is helpful, breakfast is extremely good and the rooms are comfortable and clean. Overall a really pleasant stay and so much more comfort and luxury. Free gym, free water, free coffee (good one even) and so on.

Problem with toilet paper roll. Only 1 sheet of toilet paper. Bad quality of toilet paper. They offer me only 1 drink ! What the f***?? Welcome to China !

Чисто, уютно, тепло, вежливый ненавязчивый персонал, идеально чистые белье и полотенца, очень удобная кровать, завтраки свежие с достаточным количеством фруктов и овощей. Окно для проветривания открывается - это очень удобно. В фойе отеля стоит банкомат для обмена валюты - это очень удобно для гостей, приезжающих ночью и не имея местной валюты.

Протекал душ, но его на другой же день заменили, что говорит о внимании к гостям.

Хороший завтрак в формате "шведский стол", большая часть блюд - немного вестернезированная китайская кухня, в целом вкусно, есть из чего выбрать, много горячих блюд, есть выпечка, различные напитки, фрукты и овощи. Уборка номеров проводилась ежедневно, в номере было все необходимое.

В номере было тепло, хотя окно не особо плотно прилегало к раме после закрытия, и если бы на улице было бы холоднее, то это могло бы стать проблемой.

The breakfast is a plus. Welcome sodas are also good. They also provide tea & coffee in the lobby. The staff was very responsive (through this app's chat) & when i asked for a sofa bed for free, and it's already available in the room when I came.

The lobby is quite new, but the bedroom looks old. The bed itself is hard :( When people say it is near Sanlitun. It still about 2KM walking. Still in walking distance, but the -5 cold weather made it hard.

Сам завтрак прекрасен, но приходилось искать столы - для компании в 6 человек базовых вариантов было не много, но они были заняты одиночными гостями. Было бы хорошо, что бы таких гостей направляли за столики меньшего размера. Или же увеличить количество больших столов.

Прекрасный чистый отель. Рядом через дорогу отличный ресторан с пекинской уткой. Удобные кровати.

Very clean and the cleaner came in the afternoon, which is unusual in China. Soundproof room and comfortable bed. Good location. We have stayed before and will again.

Breakfast awesome! Staffs are friendly, helpful. Location is best. Near Sanlitun shopping area & near city center, all of attractions. Dinner was buffet, and very delicious. Rooms are clean. Bedding is so comfort. Free coffee&apples. Our flight was depart at evening, so hotel allowed us to stay until the 3 pm. We 15 people very satisfied in this hotel.

Staff is very helpful and ready to help whatever we needed. Breakfast is excellent. Beds are comfortable. Location is okay since taxi in Beijing is very cheap.

Not worth mentioning.

The room is very comfortable and you could barely hear any noise from outside of the window, or floor/other rooms. For breakfast they provided lots of tasty options and the food quality is very good as well. Also because I travelled to Beijing through overnight flight, I arrived at PKX in the morning at 9am. I informed my earlier arrival to the front desk and they were super nice and prepared a room for me to checkin at 11am. I really appreciate their effort as I was extremely tired and sleepy at that time, so I checked in about 3 hours earlier than the regular check-in time and had a very good rest.

The location of the hotel is slightly far away from the nearby underground station so I took taxis for my journey from/to this hotel. The sealing of the window is slightly broken and there is a tiny leak of cold air into the room from the gap.

La ubicación es buena y la relación precio calidad también es muy buena, el desayuno muy variado, servicio amable.

Las indicaciones para turistas extranjeros puede mejorar mucho, las tarjetas que dan con la dirección del hotel debería ser más explícita para los residentes chinos, ya que si te pierdes y buscas cómo regresar al hotel es tu única herramienta para que alguien más te oriente pero casi todo está en inglés y las personas incluso los taxistas no lo entienden.
