Property was just as shown in pictures. Very nice and clean. Very family oriented. Loved everything about our stay. Cleveland(I think thats her name) at pool was excellent. I would absolutely stay here again. Condo was very roomy and decorated beautiful. I give this place a 10 and a big THUMBS UP.

Very impressed with the property. The layout is perfect for family vacations at the beach. Walking distance to the beach bars shopping and restaurants. A short bike ride or even shorter drive to downtown. Plenty of parking even though we stayed at the busiest week of the year. Anne the property owner was quick to respond to communications but we didn't really need anything. Would stay again. Recommend to all. A+.

What a delightful Condo on a beautiful southern island. The ocean views, location, and comfortable furnishings were just perfect. Would love to come back in the future for a longer stay.

We traveled to St Simons with our three college kids. Condo was lovely (one daughter said it was the cutest condo we’ve rented!), property of St Simons Grand was beautiful, beach access quick and close, and restaurants close by. Unfortunately, the keypad battery for the door lock must have died because we could not access the condo that way. Anne was a quick phone call away and found an alternative way for us to get into the condo. We really enjoyed our visit and look forward to returning!

Had a great experience! This unit was beautiful and had an amazing view of the beach and the pool area at St. Simons Grand. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony at the end of the day. The beds were also extremely comfortable. I would stay here again! Everything about this unit was great!

This place is amazing and convenient to the beach, restaurants and stores. We will definitely be back. Thanks Anne for making our first time in St Simons so enjoyable.

We absolutely loved our stay. The view of the pool and beach is amazing. The property location is great having three bedrooms with three bathrooms was outstanding. We were all wishing that we could stay longer. I would definitely recommend and go back. Ann was a lovely host an answered all of my questions.

The condo was perfect. Plenty of everything needed, great towels, comfortable beds, and plenty of room. Anne was easy to work with, answered any questions we had, and her place was a delight! The location is great to walk to the pool or straight to the beach.

We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed the beautiful sunshine! The gloomy days were just as fun shopping and enjoying the restaurants on the island.

We liked the place for the location and view. People were friendly and the owners were quick to reply to questions and requests. There was a little too much furniture in the condo, and the place was not filthy but could use as deep clean.

Working with Anne was great. The property was beautiful and the condo was in great shape. Anne took care of a little problem we had with the WiFi right away. I would recommend this property to anybody.

Very nice as always at the Grand as the property is beautiful. Third time staying on location. Unfortunately the jet tub was extremely dirty and fan in two of the bathrooms were very noisy and Sutherland bathroom shower was squealing when turned on but did not ruin overall experience.

Great Family Vacation
We had the best time staying at the Grand and enjoying our week at the beach! It was even larger than it looked in photos, was extremely clean and well stocked, and had gorgeous views. We will definitely be returning!

Wow! This condo was perfect! The pictures do not do this splendid retreat justice. The condo was extremely clean. The kitchen was well appointed. There are two recliners, which we just loved! Parking was super easy. We highly recommend this lovely condo with oceanfront view.

Saint Simon's Island Condominium
A wonderful stay. The condo is perfect for any family. Everything is as pictured and even better in person. Views are beautiful to the ocean and pool area. My only suggestion would be to bring a small wagon or something to that effect to help get your stuff back and forth between the beach and condo, especially if you have a lot to carry. Due to the tide, it can be a walk. We had a wonderful time and cannot wait to get back soon.
