Wonderful location, almost literally in the shadow of The Principality Stadium. Easy walk to city centre shops, pubs etc., with Central Station reasonably close. Fairly cheap.

Bathroom / toilet was on a different floor, as my room was in the basement. Very little natural light in the room. A bit impersonal, with room not serviced during my four day visit.

I liked how it had a lot of space for storage and the bathroom was really clean and very good valine for money, location is excellent for the stadium and train station just a few minutes walk

The stay was good room+bathroom and little kitchen was nice and clean . The bed was comtabale. Well worth top marks 5 out of 5 stars 🌟 from me .I would definitely recommend staying here .

Comfy beds and facilities well looked after

Thing walls and doors. Concerns over security, if front door has the same code as my room does this mean that all rooms have the same code? This yes protects from outsiders but does not protect from other guests

considering what we paid I think the standards could have been better only 1 cup in the room the liquid hand soap had been watered down to use up no soap in the shower and only 1 sugar fir a cuppa

Shower needed somewhere to put shampoo/soap etc. Blinds let the light in. Could really use some blackout curtains Carpet was stained

Great location , everything you need sent to you beforehand good value for money ,great space thought we would all be in 1 room but to my surprise when we got there we had 2 separate bedrooms ,bed comfortable for me son didn't think so, so depends on preference I suppose but can't complain as can't please everyone but couldn't been that bad as he wanted to stay longer all in all we all had a great stay

The power of the shower wasn't too great, and with long, thick hair wasn't ideal, but jug from the kitchen filled up from sink to rise hair soon sorted that so wasn't much of a big deal

Nice place at a great price and location. few minutes away from Cardiff central train station and all amenities. clean space and amazing staff. Till I visit Cardiff again, thanks.

it’s very near the city centre and the bed was comfortable and the room heater worked wonders.

not much just that the shower heater keeps tripping, so water wouldn’t come out of the shower. Had to turn it back on everything I needed to shower

The place was quiet. I have been a regular to Austin, but this is the first time it has been disappointing like this. My room was not ready and I was given another room instead of the suit room I booked. the customer service however was good. They only asked me to pay half the price for my stay due to this problem

the room was not the one I booked online and I was given another room which was by far smaller and very dirty in the bathroom and bedroom. washing gel and hand gel were also not available. miscommunication happened and cleaning staff barge into my room in the early morning by mistake. I used to give a great review to this place but this time was just surprisingly unfortunate.
