The room was spacious and had a nice view. The rooftop bar was very nice. My room was clean and bed was comfy.

I wasn't too happy with how I was treated. For context, I am a 22 year old solo traveller, so perhaps not their typical clientele. However, I did not feel welcomed upon arrival and was met with slight hostility. I felt for the price, the hotel did not deliver the level of quality I was expecting, including lacking basic amenities such as shave kits. I was slightly disappointed by the quality of this hotel for the price.

Wonderfull view over Pristina from the rooms above floor 6 and from the restaurant and rooftop bar. 100 m away from a very lively room with plenty of bars and restaurants Many things for the buffet breakast. Large fitness Room with many machines.

Everything was perfect. I got a nice huge room overlooking the city. The people at the reception were helpful and friendly: it was no problem to enter the room some hours earlier - and to leave the car in the garage a few hours longer.

The hotel is situated central, but at a very busy street. If you just have to do in Pristina it s a perfect choice. If you need to drive around in the country each trip you will start in a traffic jam.

The conference rooms are very nice, we held a meeting in one of the rooms and we were very happy. The staff in general is very helpful.

The staff were exceptional at this Hotel, always with a smile and a greeting. Very very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing we absolutely loved it and the fact we could park at the entrance was great. Beds were comfy and the bathroom and bath good.

On the other hand if you get a room at the front I would advise ear plugs as the traffic can be noisy through the night. Also the barking of dogs outside on the odd occasion wasn't the best. Other than those 2 things we absolutely loved our stay at this Hotel.

Location is perfect. People were helpful.
