We opened the condo door and were all at awe. (5 adults) It was clean, decorated to the hills, very comfortable and spacious. The ocean view took our breath away. It was amazing. The pictures on the VRBO website did not do this condo justice. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook whatever we wanted. The beds, pillows, and linens were extremely comfortable. The showers had great water pressure. There were games, beach chairs, towels and a washer and dryer for our use. It was like being at home but away from home. The property owners thought of everything to ensure our stay would be memorable; and it was. There was a welcome book with detailed information about the condo as well as places to eat and visit during our stay as well as a discount card to use for local food shopping. We didn’t want to leave! It was a wonderful vacation. We will be back next year! Thank you so much! We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a pleasant stay at Daytona Beach, FL.

My husband and I have rented countless homes, and this one takes the cake! You really cannot ask for a better place to stay. Clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, well appointed, and an unbeatable location. The views!! We spent the week celebrating a birthday and Christmas, and we couldn't have chosen a better location. Jack and Diane are wonderful hosts. They've thought of everything, which makes the stay nearly effortless. The kitchen isn't just for looks, it's a great place to cook a meal. Publix and ABC are conveniently located, as are several terrific restaurants. We look forward to future stays.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The owners answered all my questions and responded almost immediately to all messages. They were very flexible with our schedule which allowed us to enjoy all of our time there. The property was beautiful! I watched the sunrise every morning from the bed room and porch. The condo felt very homey and comfortable. I was so impressed by all of the cooking supplies in the kitchen they really had everything you would want or need to cook any meal you would like. I would highly recommend this condo and hope to book anytime I am in the area.

We had a lovely stay over thanksgiving. The main living area has recently been renovated and updated. The owners suite has a king sized bed, large closet and an ocean front view! The other bedroom was cozy for our two small kiddos. Jack and Diane promptly answered questions I had about parking and the door code. The condo was very clean and well appointed. We had a wonderful time at the heated pool and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We will definitely return when we visit Daytona again!

Condo is great! Sunrises were beautiful! Nothing beats coffee on the balcony and hearing the waves crash in! Plenty of room for my twin 10 year olds and my wife and I!

This fantastic condo on the beach has it all! It is classy yet comfortable and all attention to any possible need has been given. Absolutely breathtaking moonrises and sunrises worthy of award-winning photography will captivate you from the penthouse condo's many windows and sliding doors. Relax on the expansive balcony and watch playful dolphins, walk the quiet endless Daytona Beach, prepare your own meals in the well-organized and supplied kitchen, or go out to eat at numerous fun restaurants. The condo is super clean and has all the conveniences of home. Jack and Diane are great to work with and we felt right at home in their magnificent condo the moment we walked in. We have been visiting Daytona for several years, but our first stay in this condo. It is absolutely beautiful. It definitely feels like a home away from home. The view is perfect and we even saw dolphins from the balcony. Communication with the owners was top notch. We will be back next year.

The room was one of the best we have stayed in for over our 20 years of escaping from reality. It has the most amazing balcony and view. Condo is furnished with everything imaginable. Beds are super comfortabl.e. We will be staying there from here on out.

I arrived a few days after my family but I enjoyed myself none the less. The condo was clean and exactly what was advertised. The only thing I have to complain about is the elevator at the building kept being out of order forcing us to walk up and down 8 flights of stairs several times. It is an older building and I know that like anything to here is wear and tear but I think that updating something like that should be a top priority for the building mgmt / owners.

Beautiful views, well appointed. Had one issue with the building, only 1 elevator was working the entire stay and it also was down on and off (stuck on a floor we were told by others) so we had a long stair hike to the 8th floor.

This was our third time in as many summers staying here. It's a very nice and comfortable unit and it's in a great location. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and most common spices. Fast internet and cable tv. The owners are terrific to deal with. We love being right on the beach. We will most likely be returning again.

We had an awesome time and found this rental to be one of our best vacation rentals…..EVER. An easy experience and very friendly and helpful owners. Plenty of room for our group of 5 Adults and a 5 year old. Plus other family came over to hang with us. All amenities and accommodations were above expectations ( and everyone was envious of our space in the condo garage)!

We used to own a condo in DBS and have rented numerous condos and this one is magnificent. The condo is very clean, has plenty of towels, sheets, and miscellaneous item you'd need during your stay. Being on the top floor was nice so there is no noise above you. The owners have a beach box full of kids' toys and other items that made beach days fun. Very well done condo and would stay again in the future.
