Best hotel in our trip to the Balkans.
It is new, good forniture, good people at the reception who help you a lot, breakfast is so full of choice.
It is super central, right in front of the mosque... Visit Banja Luka before it will become over turistic

Good location in the city centre. The lady on reception tried hard to get us a taxi since our flight got diverted via Zagreb and we were left by a bus at Banja Luka Airport past midnight with no taxis around. No taxi wanted to take us without a Bosnian mobile number either. She really saved us and we are very grateful to her about it. If someone from the management reads that it was on the night 20/21.07. The breakfast was also very good with large choice fir every taste.

Perfect place, really comfortable. I loved the staff so welcoming, really genuinely. The parking, the breakfast and the comfortable bed, all was there.

A kettle in the room would have been nice and the room needed some smaller repair works (e.g. light in bathroom not working). But nothing too major, overall impression is still very good.

The location is very good, and the staff is really nice. And the bed is great, had two nights of good sleep.
The economy room is really very very small. I was surprised to find out there is no table and chair in this type of room, so I had to improvize on the bed to get some work done on my laptop. Never thought this is something I have to check. Well, now I know. There is also no closet to put your clothes in, just a simple hanger for the coat. Also the bathroom was not cleaned properly, there were some beard shavings left on the sink from the previous guests. The breakfast is very basic. It's enough so that you are not hungry, but could be more diverse. And some yogurt and milk would be a small, but very welcome upgrade.

Extremely friendly staff, very clean, great location and on site parking, will definitely sleep there again. I like my water mild in the morning, so the staff was nice and helpful the first day, and the next day, they knew it and did it automatically. Professional, courteous and friendly.
Perhaps it would be nice if room on toilet was a bit wider, given the shower wall made it very narrow. Other than that, it was worth it

The staff was extremely helpful!
Especially the owner, he looked after us extremely well and he made us feel like we were the only guests on the property. The attention to detail was impeccable, and the chocolate on our pillow at night was a touch I did not expect but appreciated after a long day!
The rooms were very clean and tidy! Also the hotel lobby was very pleasant to sit at!
Even the staff that did not speak English would go out of their way to help and try and communicate!
I wouldn’t change a thing!

Nice, friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast. Fantastic location - in the very center, close to everything. Nice, clean room with comfortable bed.
The only disadvantage was that the room was a bit too dark - only one small window.

Excellent location in the city centre with free parking next door. The hotel looks recently furbished, clean and comfortable. The room was small, but not cramped and well within expectations for its price range. The staff were very friendly. Decent breakfast options.
