This is a lovely hotel with amazing facilities, staff and design. The breakfast buffet was amazing and exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean, airy and spacious. The thermal pool, baths and spa treatments were top quality. We had to cut our trip short due to a family medical emergency and the hotel management was extremely understanding of this and refunded us the last two days that we couldn't stay. They had no obligation to do that but were very kind and helpful. This alone I think shows how good of a hotel this is.
The atmosphere is a peaceful that except for the time spent on the beaches we ended up spending our entire vacation at the hotel. I would definitely recommend Fontsanta to anyone visiting Mallorca and will be back!

The hotel was perfect for a nice quiet getaway. It was quiet, the service was great and the facilities too. The spa was the best thing about this hotel.
Room service hours can be improved. The room service closed at 9pm which was inconvenient, especially since the hotel is secluded.

All quite and nice surroundings. Year after year you see the same personnel and you feel at home. How exciting if they remember how you want your coffee? Never ever experienced such a dedicated service.
Great to have a bike to use.
The Moli Sal restaurant accross the street is the second reason to repeat coming year after year

Such a lovely getaway for solitude. The staff are beyond helpful and so caring. The access to the spa facilities and use of thermal spa “closets” was a treat every day!

Gorgeous property and facilities. A real sense of luxury to it. Beautifully laid out and they have maintained the rustic and historic nature of the buildings which is lovely.
Pool areas are great and the hot tubs in secluded spots were a nice surprise.
The spa even with some COVID restrictions was great, lots of different areas and high quality.
Although it wasn’t warm enough to use, the outdoor sitting areas were very pretty too.
It is a little out of the way and without a hire car it is difficult to access nearby areas. Buses are infrequent and not well signposted. Taxis are available but add extra cost.

Idyllic location with amazing sunset views. The lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant was exceptional.
The sunbeds were all reserved very quickly. The room furnishing were dated. The bed was not very comfy. The massage in the spa was forgetable.

Stylish, well maintained grounds, rooms and communal areas. The whole property was calming, clean and beautiful. There was enough space and seating that it never felt busy. The pool was lush (2 outdoor pools!) with large double loungers and “table service” so you could order your cheeky cocktail to your bed and not lift a finger! The food menus were extensive - so if you ate onsite consecutively you didn’t get bored. Friendly, attentive staff throughout.
There’s not much the hotel can do about it, but the location is off a busy road and you can often hear the sound of traffic in most restaurant and outdoor areas. It’s not too frequent or intrusive, and you easily zone out from it.

We had a great 8 nights at Fontsanta. The hotel is beautiful, calm and everyone is very friendly. We liked that it had a very relaxed vibe, despite being a luxury hotel. Breakfast was exceptional and everything was clean at all times. The hotel is not within walking distance of a nearby town so I do recommend a car for longer stays as there are only two restaurants nearby (one is in the hotel and very good, but pricey). The hotel offers free bikes which can be used to go to the beach, but going into town with them is not recommended as the road is very busy. We will definitely stay at Fontsanta again in the future.

Fontsanta is an oasis of calm. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is a combination of buffet with fantastic selection of fruit, juice and yoghurts and a la carte.
