Mario is terrific, ready to help with any issues, available and personable. The apartment is exactly as it is pictured on the site. We've rented for the third time, so obviously we're happy.

Clean, spacious, location location location. Close to beaches, Hard Rock Stadium, Aventura Mall. We were there for Miami Open Tennis Tournament. Will be back.

This property is just beautiful. My granddaughters really enjoyed the pool. Our condo was exactly as described, beautiful and very clean.

The property is fine but the manager is the reason our stay was so good. He is accessible at all times and responds immediately to issues. Extremely personable and professional.

Condo was exactly as shown. Just lovely! Owner was very helpful and pleasant. There is quite a bit of vehicle noise outside but we managed to get used to it in our time here. We enjoyed the balcony very much. We would definitely return to this or one of the owner’s other units.

My family spent a wonderful week here at the Yacht Club. We have stayed at this location before but this unit was extra special. All updated, clean, tastefully decorated and a real oasis!. Mario was so quick to respond to questions and was a very attentive host. One thing I would suggest to make the place even better would be to have some poolside friendly dinner plates, cups and wine glasses. We enjoyed the outdoor grill which is by the pool but there is no glass/breakable items allowed. This didn't take a way from our much enjoyed time away but it would make an even better experience for future guests. We would like to come back at the same time in 2020...We all used the tennis equipment and basket ball. It was really great to have that on hand.

Communication with the owner is great. Our plane was delayed and he sat and waited for our arrival to got us set up late at night. One day the road flooded and beeping started non stop at six am and woke us all up. People were trapped and cars abandoned and police came. Everyone was shouting. We went outside to watch and the first floor neighbor started yelling at us to be quiet. She didn’t realize what was going on as she had a wall blocking her view but clearly we were not the ones beeping and yelling. There are lots of rules. I got this condo so my boys could used the fitness center. Turns out you must be 18. They got yelled at for throwing a ball to each other at the pool. Things like that. Just a bit intense. There is no bathtub. Didn’t realize this when I booked but we had a toddler who fell sick and had no way to comfort him with a bath. He isn’t used to showers. All in all we would return because Mario is great and location is super nice. Just would go in knowing about the rules and loud street. Thanks for being a gracious host Mario.

Normally i don’t make reviews of properties since it is a very specific point of view of a place that may not be the same for each and one of us, but i have to say the location is excellent, the apartment is exactly as they says, pretty good, the management service also very good.

We had a wonderful vacation, we would stay here again. We ate breakfast on the patio every morning. Look out for the large Iguanas, they were at the pool. They mind their own business. The property management team did not activate our entry key card correctly until Monday night. So I gave them 4 stars, with having to call security to gain entrance to the building, we still loved our stay. Great for families!

The actual condo was fantastic! Has all the amenities we could have wanted for a family of 5. My kids had their own huge rooms and big closets and the apartment was clean and updated and great. The community pool had lots of rules that annoyed me as a mom wanting her kids to have fun. No noodles or pool toys or balls at all! The security guards came out to yell at us several times as did the old people in the pool area. Also you can’t put towels down at the pool chairs to reserve seats. We did this one morning and the security removed them and put them with all our towels and books and bags in a pile in the lost and found. And finally they enforce the rule of no hot tub use under age of 12. These rules annoyed us and made it frustrating a bit. In the condo everything was easy and great. Washer dryer was a terrific convenience. We ran to target and stocked up on essential foods and laundry items our first day there. There are only 4 pool towels for use so we needed to purchase 1 as well. Mario was so easy to work with and so kind and helpful. We loved our stay

The property was exactly as described, modern and clean. Amenities were good, tennis courts onsite as well as a swimming pool. Only minor downside is the location next to the mall, traffic can be pretty busy at times and time to downtown Miami is about 30mins.

Had a great stay. Mario was wonderful. He kept in constant communications with me before I got here, and when I got here made sure I got set up with IDs and security access. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

We loved the condo. The apartment is great, clean and spacious. The host was very kind. We enjoy our stay there.

I stayed here with my husband, parents, and two boys (ages 5 and 2). The layout was perfect for us -- the master bedroom and bathroom on one side of the living room/kitchen and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the other. The owner provided a Pack 'N Play for us to use during our stay. We especially appreciated having the in-unit washer and dryer and loved spending time at the Yacht Club pool. Both the condo and complex were very clean and kid-friendly. Would definitely recommend!

A roomy condo with ample sitting for both the living room, as well as, the dining room. The condo has a light and airy feel to it. We found all the beds to be excellent with a choice of either soft or hard pillow. It was nice too to have both beach chairs and beach towels made available for us.

I stayed here with five of my friends for a girl trip the apartment is just like the pictures. It was clean and had plenty utensils, silverware, beach towels, etc. Also, having access to other amenities like the pool and gym were nice. I was able to text Mario and his wife whenever I had questions and they responded in a timely manner. I would stay here again if I'm in the area.
