This is a really nice condo and is just as advertised. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. We will surely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The place was very clean and very spacious. The views of the sunrise/sunset were out of this world. We would definetely stay again.

Property is centrally located to the OC boardwalk and was clean and well organized when we arrived. The boardwalk and passers-by in the condo can be loud so be careful where you sleep if you're a light sleeper. We had some problems with other tenants using our spot/boxing us in in the garage, fortunately the on duty officer was pretty responsive.

Great location!

The place is nice convenient to all eating places, next to the boardwalk, and entertainment. Just a minor reminder , the door and blind on the veranda need to be fixed . Also, there are no grub bars in the bathroom. Overall,, it is a beautiful place and I would recommend it to my friends.

Property location was wonderful, master bedroom was huge and amazing views. Aside from this we think the rental was way overpriced for outdated furniture and cleanliness. Bedroom lamps were very dim needs more lighting in bedrooms. Towel bar in guest bathroom fell off. Some pillows were stained. All the chairs and cushions were gross and some sticky so we had to put our own covers to sit on them. Patio chair pillow had bird poop on it we sat on our beach chairs the entire stay. Overall we enjoyed the wonderful location and balcony view but for the price and inconvenience due to dirty furniture we would not come back next year.

This is a great location. You can walk to everything. You can sit on the deck and enjoy the views. Very nice accomodations!!

The condo was spacious and our family was able to comfortably fit (9 guests, adults and teens). The view of the beach was beautiful. In the evening our family enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the action on the boardwalk. One night we were able to watch karaoke. The parking was very tight especially if you have a larger vehicle. The owners were quick to respond when we emailed about a few issues with the unit (screen door was falling off the track). Overall my family loved the condo and we would definitely consider staying there again.

Our family had a wonderful stay in this unit. The check in process was easy, the unit was clean and everything was where it was supposed to be and the location is perfect. We would definitely like to stay again.

Great location, beautiful views and walking distance to a lot of food and fun. Unit is very nice and mostly well kept for and ocean resort rental. Owners and management company are great to deal with and are quick to respond. Would definitely rent again.

Great location! Close to everything! Wonderful space. Initial problem getting into the condo with the lock on the door but Steve took care of it and was really nice. I would most definitely recommend this condo and stay here again.

Very nice spot for a weekend getaway to the beach! Perfect for the smallest ones to the oldest ones.

Much of what OC has to offer is within a short walk. The property itself is spacious and well-appointed. The one drawback to the location is that tipsy patrons of the Purple Moose may disturb those who like to hit the hay early, while the rumble and crash of the early morning trash and delivery trucks will disrupt the sleep of anyone planning to sleep past 5 am.

I have been coming to OC for 40 years and this is the best lodging I have ever utilized. I will be coming back!

We spent the weekend in the condo and were happy with our stay. We did have an issue with the AC not working, but we were given fans until the AC was able to be fixed the next day. Communication with owners beforehand as well as property managers during stay was prompt.

We had a great stay - location was perfect for my family (my husband, myself and our 4 young children), plenty of room, clean! Would stay again.

Overall, we loved our time at the property. The place is spacious, it was clean and central to all of the action, directly across from the beach with amazing views of the boardwalk and ocean. We also had a front-row seat to the fireworks display. That was a pleasant surprise. The kitchen had everything we needed for making meals which was a money saver. The negatives were that it could use a bit of updating. The drapes in the living room did not slide freely along the bar. It was difficult to get them to close completely so we couldn't completely block the sun in the morning. The screen door kept falling off track, we didn't bother to call maintenance as my husband was able to pop it back in pretty easily. It was just a bit annoying. The sleeping pillows in the entire house need to be replaced. They are heavily stained. We were unable to use the 4 beach chairs and umbrella that were included in the rental because they were rusty and dusty like no one has used them in a while. Good thing we brought our own. And then the parking.....the spaces are REALLY tight. To get our car into the space on the 3rd floor, I had to let my family out first, and then my husband was able to carefully get it into the space. We had a Honda Pilot so I recommend bringing a smaller car for that space because it's tucked into a corner near a wall and when other cars are parked already it's hard to get your car in there. The other space on the first floor was a bit better but we had a 15 passenger so it was still tight. I recommend again, not bringing anything other than a compact car. Communication was good with the property manager. They are really organized and provided all information we needed in a clear concise manner. I just wish they had received my request for an 11 am check-out time instead of 10 am. Overall, the place is nice, the management was nice and you should stay here. The other issues (other than the parking) are an easy fix!!! Thank you!

The unit was clean and beautiful inside. Nice view of the beach. Only two things I would change-update the unit note to travelers to include the correct wifi credentials and put sidelight sheers on the window next to the door. Without it, the main area of the unit lacks privacy. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything was as described in the room. Everything was fantastic on site. I guess that I brought along with me cause a little bit of an issue but I sent him on his way. Steve was very understanding and managed his property with the utmost professionalism. If anything I wish I would give him a better experience as a renter.

We had an awesome time! Great communication with Steve and Claire. We would recommend anyone to stay here and would stay here again. We found out new place to stay. Excellent place for having a 4 month old grandchild!

My family and I stayed at this condo and we are so grateful we could. The location is perfect. Right on the boardwalk and in the heart of it. The view of the ocean is breathtaking and you can see it from the master bedroom and the living room. You literally can see the beach when you are doing your dishes! The condo is very modern and super clean. If we are able to, we will never vacation any other way :).

Rental property was very nice with plenty of space for 8. Property was clean. However the parking garage is very tight. And cable was spotty with bad feed connection in both bedrooms.

The property was nice and a great location. The only complaint is the parking situation. The parking spaces are not together and are really small.

We were a family of 7- all adults. This property location could not have been any better. Only small complaints were screen sliders fell out- but this was a known problem when I called maintenance person. The other is the parking garage- the spot are so small that one person has to climb in through the trunk and over the seats to the driver seat and very slowly back out and maneuver around the pillars. Other than that- great place!

Great stay on the beach. Pictures and listing were very accurate. Location was well protected with keypads and security cameras. Wish we would have stayed longer

This place is amazing. Clean as can be. Location is second to none. The view was 10-10. There was nothing to complain about. Will be back.
