Las habitaciones muy limpias, el restaurante es bueno también, el personal muy servicial y atento, la ubicación es buena razonablemente cerca del centro de Veracruz

Quizá, solo quizá, en algún punto el diseño de las instalaciones exteriores (pasillos, salas de estar, fachada del hotel)o bien el estado en qué estas se encuentran no es el óptimo... Pero nada mayor

ubicación, desayuno, restaurant en general muy bien. Bastante agradable y comfort en el hotel. La alberca limpia y en general todo el hotel.

toallas muy grises e incluso con hoyos. les hace falta utilizar un buen jabón y renovar las tollas que ya estan muy gastadas.

EN RECEPCIÓN PARA MI SALIDA , ME TARDARON DEMACIADO EN ATENDER, LA CAMA POCO COMADA, LAS ALMOADAS FEAS AL IGUAL QUE LAS TOALLAS TODAS PERCUDIDAS QUE PARECEN COMO DE MOTELES DE PASO. PERNSÉ EN ALGÚN MOMENTO QUE ESTÁRIA BIEN LA ESTANCIA, PERO PUES ME EQUIVOQUE , PRIMERA VEZ Y ULTIMA QUE ME HOSPEDO EN ESTE HOTEL.

Huele mal, dentro de las habitaciones y en los pasillos, hubo cucarachas, el servicio a la carta es lentísimo, 45 min esperando milanesa mal cocinada. Los meceros con caras largas.

The staff were friendly and responsive. It’s just a shame this is the old smelly building they have to work with.

This hotel stinks. Literally. Our room smelled like the sewer. When we notified the staff, someone came to the room to spray a cleaning chemical all over. Sewage plus chemical-scented cleaner wasn’t much of an improvement. We were told the smell was due to humid sea breeze, but this was not only a musty smell. This was musty mixed with poop soup. We expected a basic comfortable room for sleeping and showering, nothing overly luxurious. This hotel failed that despite being way more expensive than others in the area. Besides the sewer stench, the hotel did have a humidity problem that you can smell as soon as you get into the hallway. The bedsheets were also damp and smelled moldy. We regret not having booked a different hotel closer to the center for half the price.

Nice comfortable rooms. The staff was fantastic. I love the Tacos, Cerveza y Tequila buffette and the live music was great.
