The wifi didn't work in the room and even when I asked about it it was never fixed, I almost slipped and fell really bad because the people were coming from the upstairs pool completely wet and walking past my room door, making the floor dangerously wet and slippery. I went to get breakfast in the morning and they said its free and I can have it, but when I start putting food on my plate they say that "this breakfast is not for u, but some other breakfast" which was super confusing

Lovely staff, comfortable beds, nice bathroom. The pool is small but has a nice view. Very clean!

Very nice and clean hotel, quite a new. Location is good, not far from the Malecon.

The staff was very responsive to several small issues that came up. For example, when the wifi service was poor, they changed my room.

The location is somewhat inconvenient.
