Did not use the pool nor spa. Were in the Grand Bornand for hiking. Very nice large room. Great location and breakfast.

The room was excellent. excellent views, very comfortable, modern and perfect for a family.

Second time we have stayed there and they have renovated the rooms since we were last there. Great hotel, great location. I'll stay there again for sure. Pool and jacuzzi really pay off after either a day's skiing or hiking (we've been there in all seasons)

Location, jacuzzi and steam, restaurant . There is also a pool but I think an extra jacuzzi would be more useful.. pity not to encourage apres ski drinks in the evening. Perhaps with dome music...
Bed bit uncomfortable as i have a back issue. Provided with a topper which helped
We didn't use the ounce which is a shame. Why not offer mulled wine there at 6pm?

The pool, sauna and jacuzzi were perfect after a full days skiing. I am pleased I chose to go half-board, the breakfast and evening meals were lovely. The newly refurbished rooms and bathrooms are excellent.
I wish I had booked a few additional days!

A lovely, traditional style property with superb facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly the cleaning team, the gentleman who served breakfast and the gentleman who manned reception.
Could do with a few hooks for hanging clothes and bathrobes in the room and leisure areas

Great to come back to the hotel and use the spa facilities and pool.
The main skiing was in the next village but there were good connections so it worked out ok.
